An amazing location situated on the edge of Whistler Village across the street from the ski in ski out Westin Resort and Spa, and just a few minutes stroll away from the base of the Whistler Gondola, Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola, and all that Whistler Village has to offer. Units this size are hard to find within the village, and are seldom less than a 10 minute walk or drive away.
This townhouse is located in a 7 unit exclusive complex and has 3 spacious levels. Fully renovated in the summer of 2011, this unit is a true hidden gem. When you enter you will find two bedrooms - each with a queen size bed. Both have small tv's in the room. There is also a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Walking up to the next floor you will find an open concept living room, dining room, and entertainer's kitchen. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and ensuite complete with a soaker tub, a bedroom with single bunk beds, and a fifth smaller bedroom /den with additional single bunk beds. There is also a guest bathroom with a large double headed shower.
This unit is ideal for families traveling on their own, or even sharing with a nanny, grandparents or another couple. Great for families with small children as snow-school drop off and the gondola are a just a short stroll away. No car needed at this property - everything is right out your doorstep!
It is also very popular for 3 couples or 5 - 6 friends travelling together.

About CSG Whistler
When we were teenagers, our father decided it was time for the family to take up skiing. Not one to do things half heartedly, he purchased a beautiful townhouse in what is probably still the best location available in Whistler. Now 30 years later, the townhouse is still in the family. My sister and I now look after the place, and with young kids of our own, we are over the moon that they will grow up skiers/boarders as well. Unfortunately school, soccer, hockey practice etc. takes up a lot of our time in the winter these days so we don't get up to Whistler as much as we would like. Bad news for us, but good news for you! We would rather have someone enjoy it than have it sit empty. It's too special a property for that!

Location, location, location - sure the townhouse is fabulous because of it's layout and comforts, but really, the location is the key feature of this property. You are literally in the village center without all the noise and chaos. So easy to hit the slopes, hit the restaurants, hit the shops or hit the bars....no taxis or long walks in ski boots. 270 steps from the driveway to the gondola building, to be exact. Easy!
What makes this Townhome unique
The townhouse is a family townhouse. We love spending time up there and as such have all the creature comforts that one would want for their vacation. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, towels, linens, mixers, turkey platters, etc. While certainly clean and uncluttered, you won't feel like you are in a sterile, minimalistic rental property. You will feel at home...but away!

Wonderful stay for two families in a perfect village location
We could not have asked for a better location for our Whistler stay. The house easily accommodated our two families (4 adults and 5 children), the location was ideal for access to both gondolas and all the village amenities but beautifully quiet at night for a great night's sleep. The hot tub and fireplace were very welcome of an evening, beds super comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk rooms. The home was beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need for our stay provided. The owner was a delight to deal with and answered all our queries very promptly with great suggestions to make our holiday planning a breeze. Thank you so much Chloe for opening up your holiday home to us. We look forward to returning to Whistler one day!

Great for multiple families
Our family of 4 shared this with a family of 4 and it was great stay.
Proximity to Whistler Gondola is just about best case... probably the only multi-family condos in Whistler Village that are closer are at the Carleton. But the Carleton has the Longhorn Saloon and it can get noisy - so we preferred it here.
We've stayed at a lot of places in the village and elsewhere - like Taluswood and the Aspens that are ski-in and ski-out - and this is our favorite place. Love being right in the village.
Plenty of room, nice fireplace, bunk beds, and a good hot tub.

Great location, super for large groups, clean has everything you need
This was an amazing unit for a large group. We had 2 families of 4 and everyone had more than enough space. Super convenient location to the village and lifts. The unit was clean, spacious with great outdoor deck space. The garage was so handy for bikes. Chloe made sure to look after all our needs and provided an insiders perspective for food and fun.
Everything we were looking forward to in our stay came true; it was a wonderful family vacation.
The location of the home was of course fantastic, within easy walking distance to everything. The home itself was very spacious for our family with no details missing (Fireplace, internet for the kids, great tv/sound system, full kitchen, boot warmer, even an umbrella) and the hot tub is a wonderful luxury.
Easy people to rent from; very happy that they share this family home.
Excellent, well-equipped townhouse.
Our family (6 adults, 2 children) have just enjoyed a memorable holiday in this lovely townhouse. It is spacious, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay and was very well maintained. On arrival the house was warm, welcoming and spotlessly clean - all of which were very welcome after a long, tiring journey from the UK. We especially liked the two bunk bedrooms on the first floor as the children were able to have a bunk bed each (no arguments about who would sleep on the top bunk!). Another nice feature was the desk in the kitchen area as the youngest was able to draw and keep herself occupied whilst we were busy in the kitchen. The whole of the living/dining/kitchen area is very family friendly.
Some members appreciated the jigsaws which were provided and even added to the collection whilst we were there (due to enforced rest day after minor ski accident).
One of the best aspects of the house is the location - it is close to the ski gondolas, the shops in the village and all the amenities but it is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the birds and the squirrels. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the large deck, this too was well maintained and looked after during our stay.
The owner was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process and as this was our first visit to Canada we had quite a few questions! She was patient and informative and we were very grateful for all her help.
We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely house and feel sure if we ever return to Whistler we would not consider staying anywhere else.
An absolute gem!
This is a fabulous townhouse looked after by a most accommodating and friendly host. Our family of 5 rented it for 2 weeks during a very snowy January. The house is very comfortable, light and spacious. The layout works really well. The large master bedroom has a lovely view towards the mountains and golf driving range. We loved defrosting after a chilly day in the hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated that the hosts generously left spices and condiments for us to use. The location is great, very quiet in the evening but only 5 minutes walk to the lifts. There is really no need to have a car at this location.

There are not many large units that are located within the main village, just steps away to the gondola, lifts, shops and restaurants. No car required!!
