The pool is opening seasoning from Saturday before Memorial Day through the third weekend in September.

Other Things to Note:

Please note, for a peaceful stay, we adhere to Ocean City's noise ordinance: excessively loud noises are prohibited at all times. Radios and stereos are not permitted on balconies or the building grounds between 11 PM and 9 AM. Cooking on the balcony is also not allowed. Unfortunately, due to HOA regulations, pets are strictly prohibited. The community pool is open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day weekend to mid September, but this is subject to change by the HOA. This property is rented to individuals over the age of 25. The average age of the group (excluding children 14 and under) must also be 25 years old.
