Completely remodeled very cozy 3 bed/2bath house with good furniture and new cabinets and vanities is very comfortable for every family

The place was not very clean, mold in many of the appliances, dishwasher does not work, dryer is not working properly. Beds had lint, plastic etc. Made up in them. The back door was left unlocked and two of the windows were opened when we got there. It had been raining all day. There was a dirty (used, covered in dust) swifter duster, hanging in one of the bathrooms. I tried to tell the owner about the place being left unlocked and the windows being left open and she for whatever reason became angry with me.
We would not ever stay there again and if you are going to list them on VRBO, then we will have to think twice about using your company again.
For the amount of money that we paid, that place was horrible.

Thank you for the review TRACY. I'm sorry to hear that but I think I have a chance to tell the truth because that's what all customers wants to know. About the back door yes we can take a note of that about the dryer we have issue we already replacing but appliances is brand new. Dishwasher is brand new and works before you use them you should read the procedure it's sitting on the door on each dishwasher and if you still don't know how to start the dishwasher you more than welcome to call us and we got to help that's why we're here. That's the true and you just make comments if you don't know how to use them. I'm sorry we don't reach your (luxury expectations).
