The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the unit with a bath in between.
Desert Princess is a full-service club that offers every country club amenity from the sports courts, golf, and fitness to social activities and clubs. - Parking: 3 Vehicles or less. No parking in front of the mailbox or on the grass
- City’s transient occupancy tax: 12% plus 1% for regional programs
- Rental occupants (over 18 years old) are required to read and acknowledge the City`s Good Neighbor brochure which requires guests to respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property and to comply with the city’s noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations. Noise or outdoor activities from 10 pm to 8 am are prohibited.
