Wonderful
We stayed at this property for a small family Thanksgiving. This condo was exactly like the photos. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager was easy to work with and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Sharon and her family were simply the perfect guest anyone would love to have. She was responsive, communicative and considerate throughout her entire stay. She even gave me heads up that they were checking out very early so I could arrange for cleaning service earlier than normal.
She left the condo in excellent condition and followed all the house rules. Sharon and her family were top notch guests and I would love to host them again!

Location, Location, Location
A great condo in a great location! Our first visit to Tucson and this was a great, central location for our month-long stay. We loved the direct access to the loop and walking distance to artisan and farmers markets and Trader Joe's. It's a quick drive to many attractions in the city and many great hikes within a 30 minute drive.Nordia is a gem. She was attentive but not intrusive and gave us some good tips on restaurants and attractions.

Tim was the guest host dream of having. He exceeded all expectations.
Tim and his family were exceptionally clean, excellent communicators, responsive, friendly and followed all the house rules.
Top that off with decency, caring, thoughtful and respectful.
Just simply topnotch folks.
Our neighbors also reported that they enjoyed having Tim and his family around.

Hiking, biking, and dining !
Fabulous location and a beautiful unit. Only improvement would be for the pool area to have a couple of shade umbrellas and for the pool loungers to have pillow toppers . The chairs look great, but are very uncomfortable. The unit itself was very well stocked with nice amenities.

Beautiful home in the desert
My husband, adult daughter, 2 yo grandson and I made this beautiful, comfortable condo our home base for touring Tucson for five days in Feb. The location is perfect with a gate that leads to the loop trail. The loop trail is a wonderful walking and biking trail that is also a short cut to St Philip’s Plaza, with multiple yummy restaurants and coffee shops, and Trader Joe’s. We had excellent communication with Nordia and the condo was exactly as expected and fully stocked for eating in. We used the pool every afternoon and took day trips to Saguaro NP, Tombstone, the Reid Park Zoo and Biosphere 2. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Location - Wonderful Host!
We recently stayed at the Desert Jewel condo and had a fabulous experience! The location is outstanding - close to St. Phillip's Plaza and Joesler Village shops and dining, steps away from the Loop bike path, within walking distance of Trader Joe's and equally accessible from the Catalina Foothills, U of A campus and central and historic/downtown Tucson. We were there for five weeks and really felt like we could "live like a local" from this fantastic location.
The condo community has a nice pool and hot tub that is just steps from the front door and we enjoyed using these lovely amenities daily. And being able to walk out the front door and be steps from the Loop was such a bonus!
The condo was very clean and tidy. It was also well equipped with bed/bath linens and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cookware, gadgets and utensils that we were able to cook many meals instead of going out all the time.
Our host, Nardia, was wonderful! We arrived to a beautiful welcome amenity and she was helpful and attentive throughout our stay without being intrusive or overbearing - the perfect host!
We hope to stay at Desert Jewel on our return visit to Tucson and would highly recommend it. It really is the best location in Tucson and a perfect home away from home!

Lisa was the perfect guest. She was an excellent communicator, exceptionally clean, very considerate and upon checkout, she left the property in PRISTINE condition.
It is rare to find a guest, even the most conscientious, to leave a rented property better than she received it.
Having Lisa as a guest at the Desert Jewel enhanced my short term rental experience. She is a top-notch guest and I eagerly await the chance to host her again.

We loved our stay at the Desert Jewel. Nordia, our host was very responsive and communicative. And the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Nordia even had snacks in the pantry and drinks in the frig for us. Also the location was great. Right outside the complex was The Loop, and after a bike ride or walk, you can take a dip in the pool, which is right across from the unit. We also enjoyed the coffee shop in the shopping area next door. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.
