This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first. Had everything we needed to cook meals in and a perfect location to coral bay and east end beaches (which are the best). Can’t wait to stay again!

Named perfectly “Just Right” ! The house was perfectly clean and stocked with anything you’d need even nice beach towels ! Location was great with beautiful view of Coral Bay. A/C and ceiling fans kept home cool and comfortable. Owner very responsive.Can’t imagine a nicer vacation home!

Great Vacation at Just Right Villa!

Just Right Villa was very clean and has a great location overlooking Coral Bay. Greg was awesome, very quick to respond to our needs. We would recommend Just Right as it really had everything you could need for some quality island time! Will choose Just Right again for our next trip!

Great place in coral bay!

We loved our week stay in this rental! Rental was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Beach gear was also a great bonus. The view was absolutely incredible. The AC in the bedrooms was appreciated on rainy nights, but most nights were breezy enough not even needed. We really enjoyed our stay! Would absolutely stay again!

Just Right lives up to its name.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely villa. We especially enjoyed the architectural details of the villa, the wonderfully equipped kitchen, and beautiful views of Coral Bay. A perfect location, just a short drive to the quieter beaches on the northern part of St. John, which we prefer. Everything was as described and communication with Greg was easy. Thank you for an incredible family vacation. We cannot wait to return.

This lovely home sits about 2 miles up from the beaches. The duning area sits on the extended patio... a lovely overlook to the beach below. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were separated giving all 3 couples adequate privacy. The living space spacious enough for our family was

Our Little Slice of Paradise!

"Just Right" is perfect. The view of Coral Bay is stunning, the house is very comfortable with three bedrooms, each with its own full bath. It's well stocked, and the host is extremely responsive and offers lots of helpful information and extras. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed two weeks at this villa and it was perfect! Felt like all the comforts of home with and island twist. Beautiful patio for morning coffee and afternoon naps. Close to town for everything we needed but also quiet and secluded. Outdoor shower was a treat! Fully appointed kitchen was lovely to use. Cool and breezy! We will surely be back!

Everything you need- plus some!

I visited Just Right Villa for 5 days with my family- and we loved it! The perfect home away from home! The house had everything we needed- plus things we didn’t even know we needed! The view was amazing! We really enjoyed being close to coral bay, but found getting to Cruz bay super easy! Greg was an amazing host! He was super responsive and helpful! We look forward to returning!

Fantastic view and privacy and excellent hospitality

This is wonderful home perched on the hillside looking out over coral bay. It’s private and has an upper and lower deck looking out over spectacular views. I’d recommend 4x4 everywhere on the island to travel the steep terrain. Just Right Villa is fully equipped for our family. Greg, the owner, personally checked in to make sure we had all we needed and questions answered. I would recommend Just Right Villa if you like privacy with a view.

Wonderful!

Just Right Villa was spectacular! It was as described. The view from the deck was awesome. The house was set up perfect for 3 couples. It is clean, comfortable and decorated so cute. I loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked along with some goodies that were left. We were close to Coral Bay, which we really enjoyed. Greg was awesome to work with. We definitely would stay again!

4th of July

We just returned from the best summer vacation to beautiful St. John!! “Just Right” was perfect for my husband, 2 daughters (and 2 friends) and I. The place was beautifully appointed and the outdoor shower was the icing on the cake. Pure heaven! We hope to be back real soon. Greg was awesome to work with too! - the Malzewskis (from Arkansas)

Perfect in Paradise!

We loved the location of this villa on the less congested side of St. John. We felt right at home and loved all the amenities including everything you need for a day at the beach; towels, chairs and even snorkel gear! Very clean, spacious rooms and large deck overlooking Coral Bay. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the beautiful plants surrounding the villa. The owner was great and had recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Skinny Legs and Shambles were two very laid back restaurants that we enjoyed. Hawksnest Beach had amazing coral reef and sea turtles. All of the north shore beaches were top notch and only about a 15 minute drive. Just Right Villa definitely lived up to its name!

Exceptional property

We enjoyed this villa so much, we did not want to leave. The view was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have soap and lots of basic essentials like detergent, spices and paper products. It was nicely decorated, furnishings were comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower. It felt like home and we can’t wait to get back there. It is an incredible villa and the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. The owners were responsive and very friendly. We could not have asked for anything more.

Just Right was just right!!

Absolutely perfect Villa for our friends and family girls only mental health get away! We loved being on the “mountainside” near Coral Bay and many of the best beaches, The accommodations were beautiful and fit our group perfectly. We had an amazing view of Coral Bay from our two balconies. Our younger teens had their own space on the lower level. We had all the amenities we needed from a fully equipped kitchen to enough snorkel and fins beach chairs and towels to yoga mats and an outdoor shower. The host Greg was friendly and accessible for any questions we had. 5 stars from our group!

Great time at Just Right Villa

We had a fantastic stay at Just Right Villa! The home is beautifully situated above Coral Bay, offering breathtaking views and refreshing breezes all day. It was a peaceful retreat after our beach adventures, and we appreciated how well-appointed and comfortable everything was—from the decor to the layout to the quality of the furnishings.The villa had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, floats, and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals at home. We especially enjoyed having dinner on the patio with the incredible view as our backdrop.Greg, the owner, was responsive and helpful throughout the process. His communication ahead of our stay was excellent, and the driving directions and check-in instructions were spot on.The location was perfect for accessing the east end beaches like Salt Pond, Francis Bay, and Cinnamon, and it was just a short drive to Coral Bay for dining and shopping. We loved the peaceful Upper Carolina neighborhood—very quiet and relaxing.We would absolutely stay here again. It truly felt like our home away from home on St. John.

Owning an island vacation home has been a lifelong dream so when our children grew old enough to appreciate traveling to exotic places we replaced "gifts under the tree" and "spring breaks at Disney World" with family adventures to Caribbean islands. We explored close to twenty islands from Antigua to Roatan but didn't find what we were dreaming of until arriving on St John. We fell in love with the island after just a few days of walking the beaches, swimming in the warm & crystal clear water, hiking the trails, meeting the friendly islanders, enjoying the delicious food & drinks while always feeling safe and welcome. Please make yourselves at home, relax and enjoy!
