Waterlemon Villa es una casa de vacaciones privada 3BR, 3BA ubicada en la ladera de la colina con vista a Coral Bay, St. John. A 700 metros sobre el nivel del mar, este elegante e informal retiro es lo suficientemente alto como para capturar la brisa de los vientos alisios y lo suficientemente cerca al puerto para ver los veleros van y vienen. La impresionante vista de 50 millas hasta el Sir Francis Drake Channel se extiende hasta el final a Spanishtown Harbor, en el extremo sur de Virgen Gorda. Dos dormitorios de matrimonio y una habitación doble con capacidad para seis personas por lo que es ideal para tres parejas o una familia, pero la privacidad de la ubicación y la piscina hacen que sea tan tentadora para una pareja de luna de miel o un viaje de aniversario! Los grupos más grandes pueden alquilar la casa de al lado, así y con capacidad para doce total.

La casa está equipada para la cocina gourmet con ollas y sartenes, Cuisinart buenos cuchillos, extensas utensilios de cocina, microondas, y, por supuesto, una licuadora y una margarita fijan! (Esta es una casa de vacaciones, después de todo). Hay una parrilla de gas Weber y un montón de servir platos y vasos si desea cocinar. La mesa de hierro forjado en el porche en la parte superior es un lugar ideal para comer y disfrutar de la vista.

Existen múltiples opciones para relajarse en la Villa de tumbonas en la piscina, a mecedoras en el porche de nivel inferior, a la de mimbre situada en el segundo piso porche. El cómodo salón de mimbre fijado en la gran sala es un lugar fantástico para ver la televisión o una película o simplemente escuchar la música.

Restaurantes de Coral Bay están a cinco minutos de la casa, y las playas de buceo en circulación de Salt Pond Bay y Leinster Bay son un pintoresco 10-15 minutos en coche. Ponga las sillas de playa y el refrigerador en el coche, tomar las toallas y pasar el día explorando. La belleza natural de St. John le espera!

What a lovely home! And I can’t stop thinking about the view! We had a fabulous time and the villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay-snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. The hosts were extremely accommodating even helping us stay extra nights when our flight was cancelled and answering all of our questions prior to our visit. We can’t wait to plan a return trip!

Just spent 1 week at Waterlemon Villa, 2 adults 2 kids 2 grandparents. Overall we had a very nice stay. The view is phenomenal and the screened porch was so nice to have and a unique feature of this property. The kids enjoyed the pool which is small but pleasant. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and we made several dinners at home without any issues. Bedrooms were comfortable with well functioning AC. We liked the outdoor showers. Communication with owners and property managers was good and listing is accurate. Condition of villa I would say is good but mildly worn, about what I would expect at this price. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable and good condition. We had a minor plumbing issue which they offered to have come fixed but I didn't want workers in the house for a day or two while we were there. The stairs are a bit steep, the bunks are upstairs so if you have little kids you'd probably want some kind of baby gate. The main point I would make for those considering is that the drive way is NOT a joke. It requires one very confident driver in your party and as others have noted, a lot of courage the first few times. We did not feel excited about doing this in the dark so we didn't stay out past sunset. I'm sure once you've done it a bunch of times it becomes more 2nd nature but we were just feeling more comfortable by end of week. If you want a glorious view and don't mind an adventurous driveway this is a good value.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waterlemon Villa. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The location was ideal. It felt like all of the beaches and restaurants were a simple short drive yet Coral Bay was quiet and had a very chill vibe. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish—clear instructions, quick responses, and genuinely welcoming.As indicated in prior reviews, as long as you have 4WD (and use it properly!!) there are no issues navigating the driveway.We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch VRBO experience. Five stars all the way!

We had a fabulous week here with our four kids and my in-laws. The views were incredible and it was so quiet. The outdoor showers were absolutely amazing. The breezes were wonderful and sitting on the screened in patio under the fans was surely my favorite spot. The steep indoors stairs were a challenge for my youngest daughters (3&7) and my older in-laws (73&75) other than that we loved our stay. I was very impressed with the well appointed kitchen and how well everything was cared for. The drive up to the villa took some getting used to had to use four wheel drive a few times. We loved our stay and it will be a lifelong memory for us. We got to watch our kids fall in love with the island we honeymooned on 14 years ago!

Amazing views and breezes. Fantastic screened in porch. The drive is a bit unnerving the first time--be prepared for steep narrow driveways--but worth it.

Excellent place to stay on St. John

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa on St. John. The view was incredible, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was so refreshing. The air conditioner was new for this visit and worked perfectly! The property manager was also extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Loved the location, totally private, beautiful house with awesome views. The kids loved the pool and the outside showers. The only thing is that the road leading to the house is not for faint of heart but that’s part and parcel of Saint John.

Amazing Home!

Well kept home with stunning views and the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental home. We cooked, grilled, enjoyed the pool and had amazing beach excursions daily! Communication was impecable. We hope to return for another visit!

Great place. Beautiful vistas. Tim very helpful with check in process and minor repairs.

Coral Bay comfort

An excellent spot for one family in Coral Bay. House is well-equipped and comfortable. Manager is responsive. Everything as promised. And with the fabulous down-island views… Great stay!

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have an amazing vacation. The place has everything and anything you need to make your stay perfect. Plus the wonderful views from the deck are indescribable! We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you
