Tastefully furnished with 2 king and 2 queen size bedrooms and excellent storage space. Fully equipped chef's kitchen with high end appliances, including Miele coffee machine. Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own renovated back yard with comfortable deck, lounge area and gas grill. Work from home in the comfortable downstairs office, including high speed internet. Steps to the lush Manhattan Beach greenbelt and a 15-minute walk to award-winning restaurants downtown and gorgeous sand beaches. Amenities also include Infrared Sauna and Peleton Bike, with two beach cruisers and two e-bikes available for use around town. Available for minimum monthly rental, for leisure or business, as well as longer term (furnished or unfurnished). Ample and easy parking complete with electric car chargers. Weekly cleaning and monthly gardener included. Inquire for pets.
