Gazebo Villas

The property caters to all guests, offering dockage for vessels up to 50ft.,stunning views from all bedrooms, wifi, two full kitchens,spacious entertaining areas, and a prime location. Enjoy quick access to the white sand beaches, private dock, and local shops and restaurants. Explore the beauty of the Abaco islands while boating, fishing, snorkeling, island hopping, and more. For smaller parties, feel free to inquire about renting only one of the villas.Let the fun begin!

The adjoining villas are the perfect place to bring your large group of guests, while still providing the option of privacy. Each villa has two king bedrooms (total of 4) with private bathrooms and loft spaces accessible by ladder in the hallway. Our two loft spaces are perfect for children , teens,or last minute guests. Each loftoffers two queen beds with outlets on all walls and a mini-split ac unit. The main living spaces have two full kitchens, as well as two family rooms that can be separated by a connecting door or enjoyed together. The waterfront view can be enjoyed from the newly expanded deck that spans the entire length of the villas. For additional information, please send all inquiries to gazebovillas@gmail.com.

The private dock is located in the Hope Town harbor, a brief walk from the property (approximately 200ft). The photo shows a 31' Jupiter docked in the slip.

Great location and amazing sunset views. The onsite property manager was very helpful anytime we needed anything. The dock was only a short walk which was convienient. Everything was very clean and updated. We will definietly stay here again next year!

The Gazebo Villas is a beautiful and well maintained property in a great location in Hope Town. The communication with the host was great, and the helper associated with the house was very helpful. Book a stay!

Amazing location and amenities

Simply put you can’t go won’t here. Bear sunsets, perfect setup in a great part of town. Hosts and property manger are first class. This an 11 out 10, our family had an amazing trip!

We absolutely loved this property! It’s beautifully tucked away on a charming, flower-lined street right in the heart of the village. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the docks and golf cart public parking lot, with stunning views of the lighthouse and boats coming and going in the harbor.We traveled with four couples, and the setup was perfect for our group. Each couple had a comfortable king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, which made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing.The two kitchen and living spaces between the villas were spacious and open, making it easy to gather and spend time together. One of our favorite unexpected highlights was the easy access to the water—being able to take a quick dip in the ocean right from the property was truly special.The caretaker was great, he met us at the dock upon arrival, helped with our bags, and made sure we were all settled in. He was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay whenever we had questions.We had an amazing experience and would absolutely book this property again in the future!

Awesome Trip

Had an incredible trip to Hope Town. Property was exactly as advertised. Views of boats coming in and out of the harbour throughout the day are hard to beat. Easy walking distance to the lower dock where the ferry picks you up and drops you off. Being in town means a lot is within walking distance although a golf cart is recommended. House layout was great for families with small children. Upstairs on both units have two king rooms. The attic room has 2 queens but requires going up a ladder and has low ceilings. It would be tough for an adult to sleep up there as a primary room. Also our friends had a 5 year old who could not stay up there alone due to the ladder. Because of this he had to take one of the king rooms. Other than that the place was perfect. Easy to grill out and have cocktails on the balconies with views. Washer and dryer helped with laundry. Jermaine was the property manager, his apartment is right behind the units and was a great help if needed. The units have a connecting door that can be opened or separated for extra privacy or a connected house. Kitchens were stocked with all the cooking utensils necessary. Overall everyone was super happy and would easily stay here again.
