Completely renovated modern luxurious condo with beach access directly across the street. You can be on the sand within a 1-2 min walk from the front door! Parking is right in front of the unit, no parking garage or elevators to deal with! If you are looking for convenience with a view this is the place to be!

Enjoy 2BR 2Bath with all the amenities you could want. Take in the beach view from the living room and kitchen. Enjoy the Southwinds neighborhood pool. The condo and surrounding area is family friendly.

Downstairs you have a large open living room with kitchen and large island. The master bedroom is also on the bottom floor with king size bed with large 55inch Smart TV. Downstairs is also one large full bath with large shower.

Upstairs you have a bedroom with sleeping options of up to 6. You choose how you want to use the space. The bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

Within minutes to Pier Park, 30A and lots of food and shopping.

This place is amazing!! From check in to check out was perfect! Quick walk to the beach is much better than waiting on elevators! Room is amazing and beautiful!! Communication is great anything you need they are there with a very quick response! Definitely recommend this room!

Excellent! Can’t wait to go back.

This property was so clean and welcoming. They did an excellent job remodeling. We enjoyed the decor and relaxing with a large TV after a day at the beach. It was nice to have the large island to prepare food. You could raise the shades and see the beach from the kitchen. The full size washer and dryer were much appreciated. The bathrooms were nice with large tiled showers. The beach supplies were all that we needed. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella daily. Easy beach access using the new crosswalk. It was a two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking to Thomas Donuts, local grocery store, Mikes Oyster Bar, and Alvin’s. Enjoyed the beach view each morning and evening sitting on the porch. We hope the stay here in the future.
