THREE UNIQUE UNITS SHARE THIS PROPERTY, this particular listing boasts traditional elegance with fun perks around every corner. Entertain or be entertained, this is your home away from home!

Gracious & spacious! Just a hop or a skip from either 435 or 35 this hidden gem provides a calming & beautiful respite from the hustle & bustle of life. You will not regret your stay.
Guest access
First & second floors of this gracious home are all yours! There are BnB units in the lower levels, completely separate, & we ask that you give them their deserved peace. You may, if available, rent all three BnB units together.
Other things to note
You are more than welcome to use the garage during your stay, please treat it with the same respect as you have the rest of the house.
There are BnB guests below these levels, NOISE MUST CEASE AFTER 11PM. You are responsible for alerting all individuals in your party of this rule. You're rating is subject to this being followed.

Great Rental

This property had everything we needed and more. Plenty of common area, cookware & utensils, large garage & driveway, and was pretty easy to access. Overall, we spent a majority of our time away from the property but the time we did spend on site was wonderful and I would rent again.

Great family stay

This property was perfect, and exactly as described, for our family trip to Shawnee for a wedding. It worked out very nicely as everyone had a bedroom/bathroom, along with plenty of space to relax. It had all the things we needed (iron, ironing board, usual kitchen gadgets), along with extras like a separate ice maker. We especially enjoyed the back deck overlooking the green space. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to book this again if needed.

Large, comfortable home & everyone has their own space.

Large, clean, comfortable home and everyone has their own space. Well stocked kitchen with ample dining space. Nice deck area and grill. Large laundry room (2 washer/dryer pairs!) that includes laundry detergent. The only television in the house is in a small upstairs room; would be nice to at least add a television to the living room.
