Welcome to Crystal Gold. This coastal inspired five-bedroom four-bathroom home overlooks the neighborhood's 30,000 square foot lagoon swimming pool. An open-concept living area welcomes you to the home with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The dining area off of the kitchen seats eight, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The chef won’t miss a conversation while whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen. Located off the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a hall bath with tub/shower combo.

Up the stairs to the second floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, coffee station with a microwave and mini fridge, and balcony access facing the community pool. A spacious attached bathroom offers double vanities, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. An additional bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, plus an attached bath with a tub/shower combo.

The third floor includes another living room with ample seating with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, coffee station with a microwave and mini fridge, balcony, and bunk room. The bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. Sleeping up to 16 guests there is enough space for everyone to spread out.

Village of Crystal Beach is a gated community located within the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin. Take your pick of either the Pompano St. Beach Access or Barracuda St. Beach Access, both 0.5 miles away. A free seasonal trolley service available from Memorial Day to Labor Day will take you to the beach and drop you off right at home. The 30,000 square foot lagoon style zero-entry pool is one of the best and largest in Destin for a gated community. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas with grills. The Village of Crystal Beach will have you wanting to come back year after year.
