The Lower Alder Cottage is the biggest unit available at Gwin’s property and is usually reserved by larger families or groups. The first bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunk beds along with a pull out couch. The second has a queen bed, and the third has a full bed, and set of twin xl bunk beds. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a closet. There is also second full bathroom. The cabin has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and full sized fridge/freezer. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware utensils and dishes. The unit also has a dining room with a table and a seating area. We have a restaurant and gift shop available on site. Our staff is available to help book excursions in Cooper Landing and the surrounding area. These trips range from fishing trips to scenic tours.
