Beautiful open farmland setting. 10 miles from downtown Oneonta restaurants.
The space
Newly renovated modern spacious and unique space on the first floor of a former church. Very bright light filled 1,700 sq feet of open space, with two private identical bedrooms. 1 Full bathroom and there is also an outdoor shower as well, large industrial eat in kitchen and modern living and dining area. Great if you like cooking and chatting. Beautiful hardwood flooring, large bedrooms with AC and queen sized beds.
Huge backyard and eating/sitting area with table, chairs and BBQ. A peaceful setting with the most amazing sunsets. Towels, linens and all kitchen furnishings are provided. Washer/ dryer and flat screen TV as well.
The owner is an artist and lives on the second floor she is there to make your stay very comfortable. Large open parking area available. This property is for 4 people only.
This in NOT a basement apartment. Everything is above ground! Very bright and sunny. Airy large loft like floor plan.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire 1st floor, the back yard, large parking area.
Guests have a private entrance.
Other things to note:
The little cottage on the property is NOT part of the rental. That is my outdoor space.
This is not a party house. For insurance purposes no Team BBQs or Parties allowed. The property is for the approved renters only!
