This beautifully appointed 2nd floor condominium is located in one of the prime resorts on stunning Grace Bay Beach. The services included are full use of pool and beach loungers, umbrellas and towels, guest lounge, pool, whirlpool, tennis court and fitness center. The management company, Allied Management Services, provides bicycles, tennis rackets, a cell phone and daily housekeeping and concierge services, and are always on-hand to take care of any special needs.

The 16 foot sliding glass doors separate the open plan living, dining and kitchen from the 28 foot 'Juliet' balcony. There is a patio table and chairs for outside dining, chaise lounge and comfortable conversational chairs. A perfect place to relax and take in the view of the turquoise water just 49 yards from the beach! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

The spacious master bedroom contains a king size bed with luxury linens, his and her closets, and a large dresser. One window overlooks the pool and the other window opens to the atrium for a view of the ocean. The ensuite master bathroom has a large soak-in tub, separate walk-in travertine marble seated shower, double vanity and a spa range of amenities provided.

The large second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be combined into a king size bed upon request). This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. French doors open to a small balcony that overlooks the pool.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with maple cabinetry. The dining area has a curved glass block wall niche for extra light and space. There are Italian marble tiles throughout, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Other amenities include a flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, I-Pod dock, a selection of DVD's and books. Both bedrooms have TV's with cable. A safe is also provided. Daily maid service and a cell phone is included in the rate.

The resort has a large mosaic tiled pool, a lighted tennis court, small fitness centre, and on-site spa. Chaise lounges and umbrellas are provided around the pool and on the beach.

At the end of the drive is The Regent Village and The Salt Mills Plaza. Both offer a variety of shopping and dining options. Many of Provo's best restaurants are within walking distance. Also, just a short 10 minute walk from the resort, is the Graceway Gourmet supermarket. This offers a good selection of items including freshly baked goods and prepared meals.

Grace Bay Beach is one of the finest in the world and a beach lover's dream (rated #1 beach in the world by Conde Nast). It has 8 miles of continuous flat, pristine, white sandy beach just waiting for you to run, walk or slowly explore.

Access to the property is easy, just a 15 minute trip from Providenciales International Airport.

We love the aqua color of the water paired with blue skies and soft white sand underfoot. It is truly a piece of paradise for us. Villa Renaissance is a small and intimate property. It is quiet and close to the ocean. From our kitchen, dining room and living room you have full view of the water. You can even get a glimpse of it from the master bedroom through the atrium.
