This is a resort style building. The unit has a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway from the 14th floor. Includes Wifi, satellite, washer/dryer in unit. Amenities included are complimentary valet parking, 24-hour security, full gym, game room, private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Also, there's a Pilates studio, grocery store, and restaurant on site. You have access to 2 bicycles also! Close to everything - restaurants, shopping and music venues. It's our home away from home . . . we think you'll feel that!

We are Floridians, and although on many occasions, we've discussed moving away and experiencing new adventures away from Home, we realize that we love the ocean, the sun, and our cosmopolitan city! We live out west in South Florida, so 2 years ago, we decided to purchase our oceanfront condo and really live the beach life!

Why they chose this property

We love that once we arrive at our condo, we don't need our car: we walk to the Broadwalk, to restaurants, and shops, and even to Publix for our daily shopping! If we want to visit the downtown area, which has been recently renovated and now includes an open park area where you can watch movies under the stars, frequent multicultural restaurants, a movie theater, an escape room, an axe throwing venue, and shops, we take our bikes or call for the golf cart service ($2.00 per person/6 riders max). From our window, we can see the Intracoastal, tennis/pickle ball courts, and in the distance, the beautiful Hard Rock lit-up guitar!

What makes this property unique

It is unique because we never have to travel more than 15 minutes to find everything we need! It is also very peaceful and homey! Only 55 condo units, so we feel the space and privacy.
