Great space for a weekend getaway

Was so close to all the things we did! This was perfect for my partner, my mother, my son and I for a few days. Location was great!

Just a Few Improvements for Next Guests

We were about 2 hours out when we received a call that the unit we were suppose to be renting had a plumbing issue and we would have to stay in a one-bedroom unit on the same property. One of our family members was unable to come so this worked out fine for us. When we arrived, I had no where to park, I had no idea which floor and had to reach out to get additional information. We were told a key would be under the mat. After texting and waiting for a response, then calling, we finally figured out where the unit was. There was no key under a mat so again we had to call and text to get a code to unlock our unit. I could absolutely look past these inconveniences. On Tuesday, (we planned to leave on Wednesday), we were texted multiple times to move to the downstairs unit and to see if we were out so they could clean. I was driving and unable to respond. Thankfully, we were already packed up and leaving early. It was never discussed that we would have to switch units mid-trip. It was such an inconvenience when it wasn’t discussed until the morning (or hour of) when we needed to switch. Because we were one of the first renters, we were given a discount (thankfully). I would honestly otherwise expect a reimbursement for all the inconveniences we faced. The location was local to many things and it was pretty easy to get in and out of. It had recently been renovated and the decor was really nice. We lacked additional towels, cleaning supplies, or check out instructions. Otherwise, I think this vrbo property has great potential, I just think there are some areas that could use improvements moving forward.
