Worst property so far!!

No communication from owner, had property booked for over a month and when we show up the property is locked up and manager will not answer. Someone was inside property watching tv and there was a cat also so this property is being lived in and should not be on VRBO. Property manager should not be on here either. Terrible situation.

Scammed!!!!!

Took my money, gave me a reservation ID and confirmation number, and then never heard from them again. Messaged and called the afternoon of check in because I had not received check in instructions. Never responded. I had family coming to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was ruined by this scammer on Vrbo. And I have yet to receive the email regarding a refund. Vrbo disappointed me greatly in how they handled the situation.
