Beautiful place

Had a great experience and a comfortable stay. The home was very clean, well stocked, and easy to travel from to many places in Gainesville. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

Lovely stay here for 1 month for work! This place has everything you could ask for. All the Amenities, it was such a comfortable stay. Such a convienence being 2 blocks away from grocery store and gas stations. VERY close range to downtown. A great spot to explore Gainesville. suited for work or for fun!

Nearly perfect!

This was a wonderful stay at Gator Grove. The place is beautiful, very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. It is centrally located for activities in Gainesville. The kitchen is well stocked. Will visit again.

A must stay location when in Gainesville

Our experience as well as the accommodations were excellent from start to finish. Beautiful new construction, well maintained and a winner all around. We will return on a future trip to visit our daughter at UF.

Gothic Revival is a great place to stay in Gainesville

Gator Fans Tour Gainesville

Stunning property that was close to everything we needed. Property was elegantly decorated and had just enough to accommodate our large party. Perfect place to stay and visit the University of Florida and would be an amazing spot for a weekend of football in Gainesville.

Football Weekend!

Quick visit to Family at U of Fla.

The property was just like the pictures, very clean and spacious. Parking was limited as mentioned in the ad, bu we had no issues it was a great spot to get to the campus and local points of interest. We will look to rebook when we visit our kids in school at U of Florida

UF FSU Weekend

The house was beautiful. It fit our family very well. The host was very responsive to questions before arrival. A bit further from the stadium than what we would have liked. Parking can be a little tricky if other guests at adjacent houses have multiple cars. We parked in the lot behind the house in order to not get blocked in. Area looks like it is going through some renewal and has great potential. We wanted to rent again for graduation weekend but already booked.

Missed Opportunity

The property was wonderful. New, clean, as advertised. However, the neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. I'll call it a neighborhood in change. But, the "missed opportunity" was a serious problem where we NEVER heard a word from the agent listed for the property when we had a serious problem. Multiple phone calls to the numbers provided, multiple messages left on VRBO. We were locked out for more than 2+ hours, due to a malfunctioning electronic door lock. Locked out in 90+ degree temperatures with groceries waiting in our car, no water, and 4 (four) other family members with us attempting to celebrate a college graduation.. NEVER a response from the listed agent. It was a lady who identified herself as VRBO who provided relief. The door lock was finally fixed after having a friendly handyman/technician in our surroundings for an additional 1 1/2 hours. As a side note, we talked with two (2) other families in the same complex and each had a story to tell about unacceptable timeline communications from the listed agent. If parking is an important item on your list, parking is minimal -- at best. And, know that you have no access to the shown garage.
