What makes this property unique
The home is ideally located. Both inside the city, yet it feels like you're far away. The yard is full of fruit bearing plants like peaches, bananas, 2 types of oranges, tomatoes, papayas, jalapeno and serrano peppers, spinach. A small space in the back is dedicated to the chickens (AKA the Golden Girls). They lay 1 egg a day each (3 eggs) which you are welcome to eat.
Night time on the patio is great for star gazing!
