- No Parties or Events – Please respect the property and neighborhood by refraining from hosting parties or events.
- No Loud Speakers – To maintain a peaceful environment for all, loudspeakers or music outside the house are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours – To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Shoes Off on Carpet – For the comfort and cleanliness of all guests, please remove shoes before entering the carpeted areas, including the stairs and upstairs.
- No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
- No Drugs – The use of illegal substances, including medical cannabis, is prohibited on the premises.
- No Food & Drinks in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals and drinks in the dining area, not in the bedrooms.
- No Unregistered Guests – For your security and the safety of the property, please do not invite unregistered visitors or guests without prior approval.
- Trash Disposal – Kindly dispose of all garbage in the designated trash bins.
- Child Supervision – Please supervise children closely while outside, especially near the balcony.
- Respect the Property – Treat the house, furniture, and amenities with care and respect.
- Security Cameras – For security purposes, cameras are installed at the front and back of the property, facing outward.

Pet Policy:
- Registered Pets Only – Only pets that have been registered and approved in advance are allowed. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
- Pet Fee – A pet fee of will be applied to cover additional cleaning costs for pets.
- Supervision – Pets should be supervised at all times while inside and outside the property. For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not leave pets unattended for extended periods.
- Clean Up After Your Pet – Please clean up after your pet, including picking up waste from the yard or surrounding areas. Waste bags are provided.
- No Pets on Furniture – To maintain the cleanliness of the property, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring pet bedding for your furry friend.
- Noise – Pets that create excessive noise (e.g., barking or howling) may disturb neighbors. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Pets Outdoors – Pets are welcome in outdoor areas but must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Please ensure pets are not left alone outdoors for safety reasons.
- Damage – You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet during your stay. We ask that you take all precautions to ensure your pet does not cause harm to the property.
- Cleaning and Hygiene – Please ensure your pet is clean and free of fleas or ticks before entering the property. If your pet sheds excessively, please clean up after them.
- Pet Towels – Guests with pets are responsible for bringing towels specifically for their pets. Towels provided in the house are for guest use only. Please do not use house towels for pets.

When check out

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
- Pile the used towels inside the laundry room.
- Load the dishes in dishwasher and start it, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
