Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- No shoes on carpet including stairs and upstairs. Please leave your shoes downstairs when go upstairs.
- No smoke inside of the property.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
- Without pre-approval, no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed for security reasons.
- Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
- Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or outside.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- We have cameras at the front and back for security reason(facing out).

When check out

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
- Pile the used towels inside the laundry room.
- Load the dishes in dishwasher and start it, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
