Welcome to The Palms #601! This Gulf Front condo in The Palms on Okaloosa Island is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that sleeps 8 guests comfortably! The Palms #601 features a king bed in the master with gorgeous beach views, one queen bed in the first guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom for your convenience. The spacious living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. This vacation spot offers convenient beach access just steps away and features a private balcony for you and your guest to enjoy the salty breeze. Come see why The Palms #601 is the prime spot for your next beach vacation!

***There is on-going construction at The Palms as they replace the roof of the building. Work is expected to continue through 2025 and possibly into 2026. While work is limited to noise ordinance/daytime hours, guests may experience occasional noise and see scaffolding around the building. The beach access is still open but use with caution. The pool may not be open during this time. We’ve adjusted our rates accordingly and appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.***

The Palms Condominiums is located beachfront on Okaloosa Island. This low-rise, 6-story complex has only 23 units and offers a swimming pool, sun deck, and BBQ grilling area! With a private boardwalk and walkway, guests have easy access to the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico…paradise is just footsteps away from your room.

Visit the Gulfarium, a marine adventure park, with dolphins and sea lions, shows, or head into Destin to visit Big Kahuna's, Water Park. Fish off the pier at Okaloosa or try your hand at the array of watersports in the area. There's something for everyone, so pull out your calendar & start planning your trip!

The Boardwalk is your one-stop destination for fun, day and night! Being right on the gulf watching the sun rise and set was amazing! There was more than enough space for all of us to have privacy when we wanted it. Definately would recommend as a place to stay while enjoying the beach and surrounding area. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The spacious property provided plenty of space for our twin granddaughters and grandson to enjoy their own area. The unit was clean, relaxing and provided stunning views from the very spacious balcony. A real gem!

The entire condo complex is small...not packed with hundreds of other people. Beautiful and spacious unit on the 6th floor with a balcony over looking the Gulf Of Mexico. Perfect for our reunion with our 90 year old grandmother..easy access and not much walking for her. Thank You!Rebecca Estey

My family and I checked in on the July 4th & stayed the weekend. The view of the beach was amazing. The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room. The pool is small (4ft deep), but it wasn't crowded. There was not a lot of high traffic because the building doesn't have a lot of rooms, which was made our experience more enjoyable. The owners reached out via email, during our stay, but we didn't need anything or have any major complaints.

Beach Bachelorette Bash!

My 6 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and myself (the bride) stayed here for my bachelorette party. The condo was extremely clean, relaxing music was playing when we entered, and the views and beaches were beautiful. We went during “back to school” week so there were no kids and beaches weren’t crowded. The balcony was huge and everything was so elegant looking for our pictures. Recommendations for improvement: master bathroom faucet leaks water onto the floor, pull out couches are not comfy, replace can opener (broken) and more spare blankets would be great.

Nice unit for a large group

The unit is large with a good lay out and has plenty of room for a family gathering. The view of the beach is great from this top floor unit. The people of RealJoy Vacations were very good and were able to get the broken tv replaced. However the condo shows a lot of signs of wear and tear and the internet did not work well at all. I had to reset it multiple times a day. I ended up using a lot of data with my phone hotspot.
