3 Bdrm Delray Beach Oasis! Heated pool, Hot tub, Pets OK. Close to Beach.
Stay minutes from Atlantic Ave. and the beach! Modern, yet very comfortable and very private! Three bedrooms and two full baths, plus an expansive outdoor shower. Enjoy this "pet-friendly" oasis with amazing extras, which include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, "hidden" movie room, tiki-style cabana with outdoor living space, bar, and TV, separate lounging area with fire pit, grill, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a washer & dryer, excellent WiFi, a new central A/C system, and a spacious, fully fenced-in backyardwith lots of privacy. Small pets may be accepted with owner approval. Please inquire before booking.
Perfect for couples or a small family. Great neighborhood with hiking trails, walking streets, and lake views throughout the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. There are all kinds of fun things for the beach at the property, including beach toys, inflatable floats, boogie boards, snorkels/masks, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas!
Please note that there is a 1-WEEK MINIMUM, MID-NOV - MARCH, and a 4-NIGHT MINIMUM ANY OTHER TIME OF THE YEAR.

Ali Pitcher and Tommy Dott have enjoyed lifelong careers creating stellar guest experiences individually and as a team. Highlighting a career in the hotel and restaurant industry, they owned and operated a AAA-rated, 4-Diamond Relais & Chateaux hotel and restaurant in New York's Hudson Valley, where they hosted countless notables from Barbra Streisand, Paul Newman, and Mick Jagger to Meryl Streep and Kevin Bacon (to name-drop a few).
More recently, they owned and operated a more "relaxed" inn on Cape Cod, which gained worldwide notoriety as "One of the top pet-friendly properties in the USA" by CNN, "One of the top inns in New England" by The Travel Channel, and was in TripAdvisor's 5-Star Hall of Fame. They sold it in December 2020 after 21 successful years.
Tom and Ali recently replaced the ocean with the mountains, moving to Asheville, NC, where they spend half of their time (the other half being two miles from the house in Delray Beach).
Tom is an award-winning hospitality copywriter who provides written content for the hospitality industry. Ali is a personal trainer for senior women and can often be spotted working with clients on the beach. When not in "work-out mode," she can be found where she is happiest—in the kitchen with her three Yorkshire Terrier sous chefs, a glass of wine, and a killer recipe!
