Great location, walking distance from the shops. Not as clean as it could be, and the kitchen is not stocked to well. But you can walk to grab some great food. We only stayed two nights so it worked just fine. It a great spot to enjoy the city of Ouray.

Great location and beautiful view - easy walk to town, hot springs hiking trails. Comfortable beds and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as beach towels for a hot springs visit. The condo was very clean and check in/check out easy. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location & property.

Ouray This condo rental was ideal. Clean, comfortable & perfect location. It had everything we needed. Ouray has amazing scenic views in every direction. Even out the condo windows. We were within easy walking distance from the main downtown area. Wonderful hiking, waterfalls, hot springs, dining- casual & fine… and so much more. Very dog friendly too. Really loved our stay in Ouray & could have stayed longer as so much to do. I would stay at this condo again as was great accommodations for the 4 of us.

Winter Vacay

This was a cozy condo with perfect amount of space for our family of four. We enjoyed the included streaming smart TV. There were quite a few dishes in the cabinet however that were not clean still had dried food on them and this is a floor level unit so be aware you can hear EVERYTHING in the unit above. The guests staying above us were so LOUD. They were ice climbers with a ton of equipment, loud boots in and out, and started each morning at 5:30 :( . They had little ones running through the condo, lots of what sounded like moving furniture and loud banging. Other than that this was a great location and Ouray didn’t disappoint! The host was very responsive as well!
