Perfect Place to Stay!

We had an incredible time at Casa Verde. The hotel staff were very very friendly and took great care of us and all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay with your family.

Playa Guiones for Spring break

An amazing stay in Casa Verde for spring break. Super close to the beach, and we loved having the hotel (Olas Verdes) help us out with all of our concierge needs.

Wonderful Stay at Casa Verde

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Casa Verde over the Christmas holiday. The villa is ideally located to access the beach and local shops/restaurants. It was an added bonus to have access to Hotel Olas Verdes. The staff was amazing and helped us organize transportation, quads, and reservations. We look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing family surf trip

We LOVED Casa Verde! It was a perfect location for our daily surf lessons with Agua Tibia Surf School. The house was spacious and clean. Access to Hotel amenities (cleaning service, laundry, restaurant) were a huge plus!

A Nice Stay in Nosara

This was a clean, comfortable property with everything we needed. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the pool was smaller than it looked in the photos, there was a strange smell out on the street that made me gag every time I had to get out of the car to lock the gate (something they pour on the dirt roads to make them less dusty) and there was pretty constant construction across the street. Two out of three of those were not the fault of the property managers (who were extremely responsive about anything that came up) but they were things I would have appreciated knowing about before booking.

Little Gem 💎

Our stay at Casa Verde exceeded our expectations!! The pictures don’t do it justice! This property is owned by the Olas Verdes hotel and so you have the luxury of a house with the benefits of a concierge service. The staff at olas verdes go above and beyond catering to any of your needs promptly!! The location is 5 minutes from Bohdi house yoga, 5 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to downtown Nosara. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bike per person, which made getting around soooo easy and fun! Don’t hesitate with this one… will be coming back for more!!
