My family and I came to Arkansas from 8 hours away to celebrate my cousin’s graduation. The home was clean and exactly how it was listed. I did give cleanliness four stars only because the pull out mattress did have a lot of pet hair on it which made my little sister’s eyes swell up. They were very clear on check-in and check-out instructions, and they left a nice note congratulating my cousin on her graduation. I would definitely stay here again; my family loved it.
We had a wonderful stay. Brooke was very easy to communicate with- very helpful and responsive. The space was the perfect home base for our two families while we explored the area. It was close to trails and all the fun things that Bentonville has to offer. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
Nice property, very clean. Lots of room for family groups, and enjoyed the garage space for storing the bikes. We had problems with app to get in, but other members in our group did not. Host was quick to respond with the lock issue. Overall, great experience and would recommend a stay here.
We were in town to bike for a week. We were able to access both Coler and Slaughter Pen easily with our group of teens and adults. We had a minor issue with the house and Brooke responded quickly to resolve it.
The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. We even saw deer and watched the squirrels during our morning coffee, which was such a treat. The basement was the perfect hangout space for our teenagers, giving them their own area while our younger kids and the rest of the family stayed upstairs. It was the ideal setup for a family trip.
Home was clean & spacious.
Neighborhood was quiet & offered plenty of privacy.
Hosts were responsive, helpful & friendly.
Location was excellent, just an easy 2 mile ride to access Coller Preserve Trails.
This bike town was so much fun!
Overall a nice spaceous house in a quiet neighborhood
If you plan on cooking bring everything you need with you the kitchen is very bare bones in terms of basic cookware and has zero basics. Owner was unresponsive when asked about trash bags or paper towels that were not there.
The only issues we had were plumbing leaks causing us to have to turn off the water to stop the basement from further flooding. We were offered no compensation for not being able to shower etc. only blamed for causing leaks in a utility closet we didn’t enter until the basement flooded

I apologize you did not have a great stay. The tankless hot water heater had a ball valve that went bad and led to a leak. You were in no way blamed - questions were asked to identify the what, when, and where for insurance. These things do happen and they are no fault to the owner or renter just a casualty of home ownership. I apologize I didn’t see your message on the app until the next day - sometimes it glitches. My phone number is available to you for that reason if you need to text or call for more Immeadiate response. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (pots, pans, utensils, dishes etc.) our cleaners throw away anything left at the home as many people don’t want to use something they don’t know where it came from or how it’s been handled. Thank you for your review.
I am disappointed to see this we always strive for a 10/10. I know on this particular reservation we had an issue with the guest having incorrect dates for checkout and some confusion as well as a missing remote we had to charge for but I am unaware of any issues related to our service or the property! Please feel free to reach out on what we can do better.
