Great location

Cute 3 bedroom house. Well stocked. Loved the backyard. I haven’t spent 10 consecutive days outside in a pool ever. Josh was very communicative. You can’t go wrong with this location.

Blast at the Beach

Our soccer team flew in from PA for a soccer tournament. My friend and I wanted an extra day yo enjoy some beach time without breaking the bank. The house was clean and convenient to everything we needed! The PM was responsive and flexible. We plan to return!

Great location, inappropriate property manager

Overall we enjoyed our stay until the last few days when we noticed that the placemats on the dining room table were different. When we confronted the owner about this, he stated that had come into the property while we were gone to exchange them. He did not notify us ahead of time that he was going to enter the property nor did he check to see if it was okay. We checked the remainder of the property and discovered that the window to our young child's room had been unlocked. We spent our final night with all of the lights on, inside and out, worried that there might be an attempted break in or abduction.

Wow, first, let’s start with the question of why VRBO only posted this review a week ago. Secondly, and most importantly, the guest in question was clearly dealing with mental health issues. I had informed them in advance that I would be entering the home while they were out to check on a repair issue and to leave brand-new items for their use—something most guests would appreciate. Instead, they fabricated an outrageous story about me unlocking windows to abduct their children. Seriously? That accusation is beyond absurd. As you can see from my Premier Host status and stellar reputation, I have far better things to do with my time. This is Naples, not the Bronx. If VRBO had any real standards, they would remove this blatantly false review.
