Beautiful first floor location with private pool!!

This is a ground floor location,the owner lives on main floor, recently built and luxiourious.. Located in Golfito adjacent to four star hotel with fine dining and bar just steps away.

This neighborhood is one of the most sought after locations in town. The American Zone from the Banana Company days. Homes are large and the neighborhood safe and quiet.

The house has cameras throughout the exterior of the house, in front of the main entrance, swimming pool, open kitchen and barbecue area, for the safety of the guests and the host.

The house has two bedrooms, one bedroom has three queen size beds with private bad. The second bedroom is equipped with one full bed and two single beds...Bathroom and shower are located off the hallway. with living room and full Kitchen. The pool is very nice and the best to be in the tropical heat. There is a BBQ grill and full open kitchen air ceiling fans. The night time with the lighting is very special. There is air conditions units, hot water,cable tv, wi-fi, kitchen and garage if needed. Location of the home is five from the bay of Golfito. Well appointed with granite counter tops. Located just 100 meters away is Casa Roland Marine resort hotel with bars, restaurants, tennis court,bar and rent a car. Maid service if you want for $25 extra cost per day.

The pool area is for guests only who are renting in the house and non-paying guests. Everything includes in the price. capacity for 6 people or 10 if a family is accommodated (extra fee) Extra adult person pays $ 25 per night after the six person.

Check in after 2p.m, check out 10a.m. Check out is strict otherwise a penalty of $100 will be charged

.Paradise in Golfito!!

Such a beautiful home! Beronica is so kind, welcoming and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with info on the area, arranged for pizza and drinks and provided extra little things as well to make our stay perfect!! We will definitely visit again!!

The house and pool were amazing, and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. If you want a place to go relax and enjoy the sunshine with the comforts of home, (and then some) -this is the place. The owner even arranged for a massage at the house.
