Care-fully renovated cabin w/ attention to detail. This home offers a rustic cabin feel w/ a grasp on modern design & amenities. This large corner lot offers privacy w/ soaring mature trees surrounding. You're able enjoy all that the Northwoods offers: Hiking, Biking(Mtn bike trails near), beautiful big and small lakes for Boating, Paddle boarding/Kayaking, Swimming, Snowmobiling(trail is around corner,) (Ice)fishing, Hunting(nearby public land,). For winter fun there is a Sports Park w/in 10 min drive for skiing, sledding, etc. Home is decorated for the Holiday's if you wish you spend the Holiday's in a cozy cabin. You can enjoy a meal or drink on the large deck or patio situated w/ comfy seating and views. Driveway offers easy ability for large trucks and trailers to maneuver.

The couch could be better. Every thing else about the property was great. Excellent location for the trails. Plenty of room to park trailer or a few more if you had a group.

Thank you for the review Brent. I am happy to report that I got a new couch up there on 6/23/25. At some point I believe prior renters broke the sleeper sofa, making the couch not sit exactly right, but all fixed!

Cranfest Weekend

Perfect place for our annual Cranfest weekend. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The area the cabin is in is very quiet and it's just the right amount of seclusion. We had everything we needed for the stay.

We loved that it was clean and cozy. There were several DVDs located by the downstairs TV but no DVD player. The upstairs TV had a DVD player but we could not get the TV to work.

Bachelor weekend

Great place to hangout and grill/cook, play in the yard, and hangout by the fire. Very spacious and room to sleep and hangout out. Wonderful location, not far from anything but still tucked into the woods perfectly. Would book again!

Hi Dean! Glad you had a nice stay. I got to the cabin shortly after you guys left and the Wi-fi worked perfectly for me. I actually set up my wireless thermostat. Not sure what happened for your connection. I see the wi-fi password was framed on the living room coffee table. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Pine Place property was perfect for our weekend atv/utv trip with family. Clean, quiet and great size to fit 2 families of 4. Close to the atv trails and convenience store if you forgot anything.

Proximity to trail was great. We have been frequently visiting the Hatfield area to ride the trails with are kids. Loved the house, loved the location. Would definitely think about staying here again. Great house!

Relaxing

We came to go UTVING and hiking! It was wonderful. The trails were super and very easy to find. We also enjoyed the hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing birthday weekend!

We loved our stay at pine place. The cabin is so homelike and there was so much space. The deck was beautiful to sit out on and the neighborhood was quiet. There was everything you could need at the house. 10/10 recommend this cabin!

UTV Riding Weekend

This cabin was great for the weekend. Only a few changes we would make 1) Upgraded/Larger grill and TV. Granted, we weren't there to watch TV but a better TV and a nicer grill would go a long ways.

Good time!

Rented because we have small grandchildren and it is not directly on the water. Everything that we needed was in the home. Large lot and close to park and beach. Host response was very prompt and answered our all our questions.

The house was everything that the ad described. However, there was no access to the lake across the street and the fold out couch mattress is very very very uncomfortable.

Disappointed

The whole reason I booked this house is because of the fireplace and it was broken. So was the pullout bed. And the patio door. The home was nice except lots of lady bugs everywhere. I came here with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day weekend expecting a romantic get away and when we learned the fireplace didn’t work we were extremely disappointed.

It is a partial A-frame with so much character throughout. I spent a great deal of time personally restoring and renovating this home. It was in rough condition when I purchased it.
