It makes me smile when guests have had a good time!! But with the awesome forest surrounding you, it's hard not enjoy the day! To explain...we ask you to bring your own bath towels because we only have a small septic system and the addition of multiple loads of towels just got to be too much. Thank you for the note! Peaceful, comfortable and well-stocked, plus 5 stars tell me it was a great stay. The cleaning ladies are on it and I will add a note on the wall about the heating system. If you are unfamiliar with in-floor radiant heat, it could use explanation that it's a slow and steady, not instant. Thank you and safe travels! Jen

I appreciate getting 4 stars! Being in the middle of the woods in a log cabin, we are in a constant battle with Mother Nature and bugs and pests! I assure you our hardworking cleaning ladies do try their absolute best each and every time to have things just right, but it it's vacant a few days prior to your arrival, there may be an unexpected fly or two. As for the bed, I'm not sure what to say there, other than that's strange for them to miss. Heating is odd this time of year, AC in the afternoon and a heater at night and sometimes we get it wrong... BUT if ever there is something not right, please always call and we will make it right. Thank you for coming! I do need to make the notes bigger on 'what to pack.' I know I say to bring your bath towels and all toiletries, including extra tp beyond the rolls we start you with, but I think it gets lost in all the information. I will highlight that and thanks for pointing it out. Safe travels!
