We feature prime lodging and vacation rentals in Mammoth Lakes. Whether you stay in one of our cozy Studio condos, large two bedroom , three bedroom or choose a spacious premier four bedroom condo, your experience is sure to keep you coming back to us for your future visits.
Each and every Condo has a fully equipped kitchen and many have propane barbeques on the outside deck. All Condos are stocked with the necessary paper products and toiletries as well as luxurious linens and towels. Most units have wood burning fireplaces and for your convenience the wood is provided for your stay. Each unit has cable Television as well as free high speed wifi internet service. You can be certain that all units are clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all of the necessary products to make your stay enjoyable.
Our complex has a coin opperated laundry facility next door to our Office. We have soap and a quarter exchange for you in the Office. Our Office hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. We also offer a Towel exchange and additional supplies during office hours. The common area spa, pool (summer months), sauna, changing rooms and recreation room hours are also 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

My family regularly rents condos in Mammoth and this was amongst the favorites. The owner decorated and maintains with great attention to detail so it feels so warm, cozy and like home. The management was very nice to work with, responsive and accommodating. This home is located just a half block from the shuttle stop and two blocks from the Village. These factors all combine for a very pleasant stay in Mammoth. My family was thankful for the nice accommodations.

This is a nice unit in a condo community. Cabinetry, fixtures etc. were recently upgraded for a upscale feel. Management was very helpful and accommodating, even on a major holiday as 4th of July. Plenty of amenities such as a pool and ping-pong for kids.
The only thing that was an "inconvenience" was how hot the unit became during the day. Many buildings in that part of the country are not air-conditioned, so when the temps soar outside, it gets really stuffy inside. And being from Illinois, our tolerance for cold is greater than our tolerance for heat. :)
The management was kind enough to lend us couple of box fans that let us get through the night. It did become pleasant late at night into the morning hours.
Comfortable, upscale condo
I shared this condo with friends in March. Even though I had the smallest bedroom by the front door, it was quiet and comfortable. All of us appreciated the queen beds. There were five of us total and we each enjoyed our bedrooms. With two baths downstairs and one up, getting ready was pretty efficient. The owner has put a great deal of thought into the design and furnishings. Everything is so comfortable...and new and well made! That's unusual in Mammoth where so many of the condos are weekend getaways for Los Angeles families who furnish them with old furniture. It is obvious that this is not a party house, unless your party includes smart cocktails and sophisticated people (not really us, but we felt that way during our stay). The location is extremely convenient. You can walk to the Village, the Westin, or the town gondola in about five minutes or less. The shuttle bus from the resort drops you off about half-a-block away from the unit. We parked the car the day we arrived and didn't move it until we left four days later. This condo was a great place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of skiing. If it's available, snap it up.
Very cool place!
I just went online to see if this condo was available as I rented it last year and loved it after meeting the owner on a flight to NY. I never skied in Mammoth before and he convinced me to try it out and then he made the arrangements with one of the managers - Julie - to allow me to use it. I now see it is totally booked until first part of April. That sort of ruins my plans for this weekend but with so much snow falling this week I will book April as it will be great skiing then too I assume. As I read the reviews I thought I should help out and say something because it was a great place. If you are a mature group and willing to take care of it, I would highly recommend it. It's very comfortable. The sofa is almost hard to get off of it's so comfortable.

I'm sitting in this condo as I write this review because I'm simply astonished. The place is gorgeous. Like the review above I agree you should not bring children here. But if you are an adult who wants to stay somewhere classy and will take care of a place like it's your own I would suggest you stay here. I've stayed in condos all over Mammoth and I've never stayed anywhere like this one. The lights can be dimmed, there are candles and high ceilings and books everywhere – it's unbelievably cozy and I'm thinking I could extend my stay a night or two as I am so comfortable and at ease here. If you can get this place I would bet you won't find nicer - not in Mammoth. This owner clearly has good taste.

You can take a scenic drive to Yosemite National Park from Mammoth Lakes. Simply 30 minutes North to HWY 120. We would not want you to miss seeing the Devils Post Pile and Rainbow Falls National Monument located in Mammoth Lakes. You can walk to the Lakes from Mammoth Estates for a beautiful scenic view along the walking and bike path. If you would like to shop, Mammoth Lakes has an Outlet Center and numerous local fine shops. Art Galleries with our local artists and jewelry. World renown Fly Fishing with professional guided tours.
