Catalina Clubhouse | Pool, Spa, Pickleball & Basketball Court
Welcome to Catalina Clubhouse, a private retreat in the Tucson foothills where mountain views and city lights set the scene for time together. Set on nearly an acre, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home balances the quiet of a desert escape with easy access to local dining and shopping. Start slowly over coffee, spend the afternoon outside, and let the day unfold at your own pace.
The outdoor spaces invite a little friendly competition and plenty of downtime. Play pickleball or shoot hoops on the private court, cool off in the pool, or settle into the spa. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee.
Inside, open living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen keep everyone connected, whether you're preparing a meal or settling in for a movie. Three California King bedrooms offer room to recharge, while the double bunk room brings its own entertainment with an air hockey table. My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay. Daniel was super responsive and helpful and we were very much satisfied with the property, rooms, beds, and amenities. Overall we had a great experience!
Spacious and comfortable for my elderly mother- in-law, her 2 sons and me! Too cold and rainy to enjoy the outdoor spaces..but 5he views everywhere were lovely
We were thoroughly impressed with the property, location and all the amenities. We had 3 boys under the age of 6, pool toys were plentiful andthe bunk room had lots of games and to play too. the h
Location was great. Pool was great. House was clean and very nice. Communication with hosts was great. Lots of maintenance needed - many lights out, including pool lights. Some broken and missing tiles. Needs some attention. Beds were not comfortable and had cheap sheets. Sleeps 14, but only seating to eat for 8. Table chairs in disrepair. Bunk beds loose and wobbly. Short on kitchen supplies, dishes, utensils. Again, definitely has potential to be luxurious and great, but was not. Needs some TLC.
