Enjoy the amazing lakeside views form your balcony. This quiet, walk-in level two bedroom/two bath condo is located at Waters Edge, Village of Four Seasons at Lake of the Ozarks. It is within 5 min to two championship golf courses (The Cove and The Ridge) and the Village of Four Seasons Hiking and Biking Routes. The Condo is conveniently located to multiple fine and casual dining options, entertainment venues, Bagnell Dam, theaters, miniature golf, go-carts, and shopping. All within a 10-minute drive!
The Waters Edge complex amenities include: 1 large pool, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, a paved walkway along the water and on-site security.
The condo, updated in 2021, offers: 2 bedrooms/2 baths with flat screen HD TVs, a comfortable living space with a large flat screen HD TV, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, utensils and appliances (Full sized fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher), dining area which seats six (perfect for family meals or playing cards/games), full sized clothes washer and dryer, Hi-speed Wi-fi, and a large private deck with a fabulous unobstructed view of the Main Channel.
Note: You must be 25 and older to rent at Waters Edge. and be willing to sign the HOA Rules STR/Guest Acknowledgement via Docusign to your email prior to renting.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with STUNNING views of the lake! Excellent location, quiet, private stay. The home was very clean and well decorated. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio. Comfortable bed, large shower, cozy furniture. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Our second visit to this property and we cannot wait to return! From start to finish - the most amazing experience!The booking process/communication was easy, friendly and prompt. The property was absolutely incredible with spacious bedrooms and living space. The view is second to none - and while we could have spent every waking moment enjoying the view from the deck, the added bonus of the community fire pit offers another awesome place to spend the evening and meet some of the most friendly and welcoming people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!If I could gift 10 stars I would - amazing experience!

Beautiful, Peaceful Little Haven

We loved our stay at this adorable little condo. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The view is gorgeous… we really enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife in the lake. The condo has been very nicely renovated, and felt comfortable and homey. The beds were very comfortable. Jeff and Tracy were wonderful hosts… very communicative and kind. We have stayed in several rental properties in Lake Ozark, and this was our favorite condo by far. It was just the peaceful getaway that we needed!

Outstanding Property!

This is my 6th time to LOZ staying at a different property each time. This is my favorite property! The unobstructed views from the balcony are stunning, the grounds are beautiful, and the condo is impeccably appointed. We met the owners, and they could not be nicer people. They were very responsive to my questions and take pride in their property. Highly recommend!AND as an added bonus, the complex is on a golf course with a great view of one of the holes very close to the unit. It's a great gathering place with seating for the viewing. We met such a nice people there.
