Welcome to Charlie's Funhouse, a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home where the fun never stops! Perfectly designed for families, this home is your personal entertainment hub, located in the middle of all the Orlando action.

When you do find a moment to rest, you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. Your family can choose their own adventure in our incredible themed rooms:

* **Star Wars Game Room:** A paradise for gamers of all ages, featuring two televisions, a classic Super Nintendo, a game console with over 1300 games, and a pool table.
* **Avatar Bedroom:** Drift off to sleep under the stars in this custom, glow-in-the-dark room, complete with a unique bunk bed that lights up at night.
* **Tangled Bedroom:** Let your little ones live out a fairytale in the Tangled princess tower bunk bed, nestled within their own magical kingdom.

Step outside to your own private, south-facing oasis. The screened-in lanai features a sparkling pool and a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.

What a great house! The beds are comfy. Everything was spic and span. All the tvs work. There are instructions all over so you don’t have to guess at how things work. Responsive owners. Everything was perfect!

We stayed 10 nights and it was awesome. The house is centrally located to everything. All 10 of us really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house looked just like the pictures and was well stocked with towels. Would definitely rent this house again

It was the perfect house for our family. Our kids loved the amazing bunk beds and entertainment room. The house was very clean and gave our family plenty of space. It has a great location for Universal and Disney. Anytime I contacted the owners they responded quickly and were able to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

We were very happy with our stay. House was very clean and had tons of little amenities that the other houses we've stayed in didnt have. Kids and adults enjoyed it all the same. Will stay again!

This home is super family friendly! The hosts are quick to respond and the house had everything you could need. Very clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The amenities the neighborhood has to offer are so fun. Our family will absolutely book again! :)

Nice weekend stay

We had a family fun filled weekend which we greatly needed. The host even dropped off extra toiletries and towels. I would definitely recommend this home for Family gatherings.

Refuge from all the local action

The property is close to everything, yet isolated and peaceful when some recovery from Disney is necessary. Our grandchildren loved both the resort water park and the private hot tub and pool. It was a great property for our family to get away for a week.

Great for family vacation

We stayed at the home and let me start off my saying the communication was spot on. Owner was very quick to respond and have the questions answered. The home was very clean and welcoming. Charles was a great host and location is amazing.

Awesome property.

Property was clean, communication was awesome, the kids and some adults loved the themed rooms. Towels, soap, shampoos garbage bags all included and was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we really enjoyed that for the time we were there and would definitely do it again.

We met my son and two grandkids for a week long vacation! The kids flipped when they saw their bedrooms! The house was stocked and the pool and game room was awesome entertainment after the park! Thank you for your hospitality. Many good memories for all!

Great memories!

The house had everything you could need for people of all ages. There were three pack and plays, high chair, toys for all ages. Even the Tangled room my daughter stayed in had a closet full of princess dresses. Convenient location to all the parks and about two minutes from a Walmart (which came in clutch multiple times)

The perfect house

Check in process was super easy. The home was beautiful, perfect for families with kids. The owner has great communication. Nice but quiet community, community water park area as well. Close to lots of food places & stores. Would choose this house any day! Thanks for having us.

Great house for kids & families

This house was really cool, from the Avatar and Tangled bunk bed rooms, to the game room to having a pool & hot tub at the house. The clubhouse pool and slides were great to have access to as well. The only negative is that there were a few things not working or in need of repair (ex: the LED stars/lights in Avatar room were flickering/weren’t working) but management was quick to send someone to house same day to try and remedy. Overall I’d highly recommend it!

Definitely recommend

This was our first time at this resort but not the area. The house is a few minutes away from Disney and universal and they have shopping stores such as walamrt and target nearby and restaurants as well so u don’t have to go far for anything. I would definitely recommend this house. The kids loved and enjoyed the avatar and rapunzel rooms. The home is very spacious and the owner is very nice and responds to all messages at a timely manner.

The 5 bedroom/5 bath home is located in the world renowned Windsor Hills community located less than 5 miles away from Disney World. Whether you want to enjoy our South facing pool/hot tub or the water park and pool at the clubhouse, the community has plenty of activities throughout the week for people of all ages. The experience continues with a game room w/pool table, game consoles with over 1300 video games, and ends with our custom Avatar and Tangled themed bunk bed rooms lit up at night.

* The air conditioning cannot be set below 74°F (23°C). This is to prevent the unit from freezing and ensure it runs efficiently throughout your stay.
