Welcome to The Cozy Cottage on Cherokee Avenue.. Right in the heart of Valdosta! Just two blocks from the VSU Complex, close to the Mall & Wild Adventures.

Featuring Three Bedrooms w/ 2 Queen Beds & 2 Twin Beds
The living room features a pull out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements.
We provide two smart TVs with Youtube TV for live sports & shows.
The Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, in house laundry and extra linens, towels and soaps for guests to use.
Fully fenced backyard for pets and kids to enjoy!

The house is located on a quiet street, lush landscaping provides privacy.
Covered Parking plus additional parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in front of washing machine. Clean off plates and start dishwasher. Empty all the trash to the outside bin. Set the AC to 76 when leaving. Turn off all lights and lock up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet and clean

This was a great little place to stay on our stopover in Valdosta. Everything was well kept and tidy. Yard was perfect for our pup. Would definitely stay again!

Charming & Clean Vacation Home

We had a very nice time while staying here! Vrbo didn't release the check-in information but Regan was super quick to communicate with and she sent us the information we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful, surrounded by tall pine trees and lush landscaping. Very relaxing and peaceful location but still close to everything! The home is very nicely decorated and we all agreed that the beds were super comfortable. Being pet friendly and close to Wild Adventures was a huge benefit. We would definitely would stay here again!

House was Good/Yard not so good.

Outside front could definitely use some TLC. Tree branches were hanging over the driveway causing them to rub against the roof and side of my truck. Inside was neat andclean. My friend and I had a hard time with getting in and previous renter didn't return the house to the proper location. After about 10 minutes we were finallyable to figure out that the door needed to be pulled tight before the door would actually open adter entering the access code. The back yard is fenced in as stated. However, on both sides of the house the fencing does go entirely to the ground. So any dog less than 45 pounds could easily get out. Which my dog did. The area I speak of where she got out can't be seen in the yard because it's on the side. I heard her barking in the front. When I called her she back under the frnce. I had to block it off with an Adirondack chair. I didn't realize the fence was like this upon arrival otherwise I would have blocked before hand. I didn't drive 3 hours to possibly loose my dog. The other side I had to block with 2 chairs because the large tote that was already there wasn't big enough. It also had large broken pieces of some type glass/plexiglass that I think was at one time supposed to block the hole. Either way I had to constantly monitor her in the yard afterwards. I would recommend this house if the owner would make the necessary fixes so that a small/medium dog couldn't get out. If you're going to rent it and you have a dog I would certainly do a check.

We came to Valdosta to Visit Wild Adventures Great Pumpkin Luminights, this lovely cottage was perfect for our family of 7, was close to the park, restaurants and stores. The Host was very accommodating, we needed a Coffee Pot Maker, and new coffee maker with filter was at the house when we return from the park. Thank you Regan, we would definitely stay again.
