The Pismo Cottage has been loving restored.
The Cottage is 4 bedroom and sleeps NINE (9) in beds.
There are 4 full baths (2 are ensuite)
1 1/2 blocks to the beach
Perfect for family reunions or a long week lounging at the beach!

For multiple family stays there is also a one bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage (sleeps 4) located on the same property. This is not included in the price of the house-it is an additional cost

In total the 2 units sleep 13 in beds.
The space:
The 100 year old cottage was remodeled in 2014 with all modern amenities-top of the line appliances and slate floors and tile throughout. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away!.
You can park (free) on the property and walk everywhere downtown.
There is free robust wi fi and flat screen tv's in the family room, primary bedroom and downstairs bedroom-kids room.
In total there are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 twin trundle and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and beach wagon. Free parking in the expansive driveway with lots of room for kids to skate or scooter or play ball safely. Out door living patio space has a bar b que, griddle and outdoor shower with hooks for towels. Storage room for bikes. Our property has exterior security cameras to insure the safety of our guests and their property but there are no interior cameras.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Another great stay!n updated place with style and character, this is it!

We stayed here a year ago and came back this year for 4 nights. Once again, the property is amazing and very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And as before, Judi and her husband were highly supportive and great hosts, without question the best hosts we’ve every interacted with (we’ve stayed in VRBOs 2-4 times a year over about 10 years, usually for 4 nights). The house is exactly as described, a great place for larger families (we had 3 adults and 2 children this year). Plenty of style and character!

Family Stay in Pismo

4 bedrooms all with own bath (2 ensuite) met our needs very nicely. Off street parking was very nice although not well described in listing (photo would have helped). Unit was well appointed and very comfortable. Location was pretty good - 2 blocks from beach. Had a great stay.

Our family group stayed here for Cal Poly graduation weekend. It was very comfortable and spacious for our three generation crowd. The host was very communicative leading up to our arrival. This far exceeded our expectations and I hope to visit this property again in the future!

Beautiful home away from home!

Our family reunion of 7 people throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful home, only 2 blocks from the beach! It was a treat to walk to the beach to watch the sunset several times! Many hiking trails within 20 minute drive! We opened windows in the afternoon/evening for a cooling cross breeze. Judi responded quickly to my questions about our stay and even made it possible to check in early the first day. Convenient parking in the driveway for 2 cars. Well appointed kitchen with lots of counter space and supplies for cooking. Everything was clean and comfortable. What a wonderful place to reconnect! Highly recommend!

Outstanding property, host, and experience

If you’re looking for a large house less than 2 blocks from the beach with a ton of character yet has been completely updated, then this is your place. The property is outstanding and the hosts have done an amazing job revitalizing this house. The three bedrooms are large, as are four bathrooms, and the separate media room on the first floor with a sleeper sofa was perfect for our son. The network connectivity and speed are great and there were no problems with people streaming on multiple devices. We also really liked the kitchen - high end appliances all around - and we had plenty of counter space for food prep. I’ll also add that the yard and driveway, with room for at least two cars, was really nice because it gave a place for the kids to play when not at the beach and we didn’t have to worry about street parking, which can be challenging at times in Pismo Beach. The property has a large built-in grill, you are 100 feet from an Italian restaurant that makes great pizza, and 50 feet from a great breakfast/lunch place as well. Likewise, you are a 7 minute walk from the Pismo Beach Athletic Club, which sells 1 and 5 day passes; it’s a great gym with free weights, cardio machines, a lap pool and hot tub, and pickleball courts. We couldn’t have asked for a better place in Pismo or a better host - Judi was highly engaged and responsive with all of our questions. We are already planning another trip at this same location a year from now. You can’t go wrong here!

We have the only 4 bedroom 4 bath house in downtown Pismo Beach. All other listed accommodations are townhouses or condos with multiple stairs.
