Home with a pool in the Comanche Crossing Subdivision

Sundance is another hidden jewel that comes with a little bit of everything for all your needs on a vacation. This little slice of heaven is set back in the Comanche Crossing subdivision that comes with a very short walk to the river. You can drive and park at the private parking if you chose not to walk. Sundance is a four bedroom three bath home that sleeps 17. It offers an open concept kitchen and living room but the best awaits you just outside. With a covered porch and large oaks trees it's easy to get away from the hot sun and relax in the shade. Better yet you can take a dip in the large pool that has lots of chairs for sunning in. Once the kids are done swimming they can have fun on the play ground, volleyball court, horseshoes or a nine hole disc golf on six acres. This house also offers an outdoor fireplace for those great nights sitting around a fire with your family and friends.

The property is true to the posting. There were a lot of activities available for the kids and access to the river was very close. I would stay here again.

Sundance

Overall stay was amazing. Sundance offers all you need with an amazing kid safe pool, barbecue barbecue pits, horseshoe, volleyball, and frisbee golf. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Me and the family loves the area and privacy!! Owner was attentive to all our needs… will definitely return..

The property was roomy and had a great play area for kids. Walking distance to the river in a beautiful area. The house is great for all ages. The only con we had was flat pillows and uncomfortable beds.

! My favorite part of the trip was swimming in the pool with the view of the hill. It was gorgeous!! House was great!! Lots of privacy!! Host was available and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning customers.

Thank Goodness its beautiful

The property manager is truly exceptional and remarkably efficient. Regrettably, I found it necessary to contact her frequently due to a significant leak in the kitchen sink. In addition, the septic tank, which is situated beneath the volleyball area, required excavation, and the resulting odor was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the water has a noticeable sulfurous scent. We also had to rely on the illumination from our cell phones in the laundry room. However, the pool is stunning, and the backdrop of the expansive hill is simply breathtaking. The residence presents a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere as well.

It was very clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but tolerable. The coffee pot took was slow. TVs were nice but it was a smart tv and had no direct tv or cable so you have to have accounts with ruko, fubo or one of those to watch tv. I had yo stream from my phone. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic, family-friendly cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was a perfect location with easy river access by golf cart or truck, due to the convenient parking area at river access. The pool and playground was a hit with the little kids, and bonus points for the pool being completely fenced in with child-proof gate so the kids could play outside without the adults worrying. We loved how the cabin was so far removed from other cabins, we didn't have to worry about neighbors or even our own noise disturbing anyone. The inside was clean and spacious, but who is really inside except to sleep when you're in paradise?! Everything about this cabin is perfect for a large group, but especially for families with young kids.
