Amazing is the only word that describes this new addition to our rental program. Beach Retreat 201 has 3 bedrooms / 3 baths king suite that is 1567 square feet end unit. Pull out queen sofa and hall bunks, it comfortably sleeps 11.

This unit is all ceramic tile, granite counter tops, beautiful bisque cabinets and flat screen TV s in all the rooms and DVDs . It has been professionally decorated and has everything you will need for a perfect vacation .It has the large deck where you can sit and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico for hours. Have your coffee and watch the pelican glide by or a playful dolphin jump out of the surf. Beach Retreat is a vacation place you will not quickly forget and it will keep calling you back.

Included in your stay at Beach Retreat are a variety of amenities sure to cater to each individual in your party. Beach Retreat has 300' of private beach located just across the street and a 3,000 sq ft pool and hot tub on site. Because Beach Retreat is not a high rise you are sure to get more unobstructed views of the Gulf and find an abundant amount of space at the beach for your family. Your stay also includes access to the fitness center, outdoor grills and a clubhouse which can be reserved for parties or family gatherings. Beach Retreat is a gated condo community conveniently equipped with a large parking lot, covered stairs and elevators

Great Pet Friendly Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. This is our 3rd time staying at this location and our 1st time in this unit. The best part about the condos is being able to travel and stay with your dogs and the location is perfect. We enjoyed walking and running along scenic gulf drive during our stay and felt our dogs were more than welcome. The condo was very nice. We really liked the king beds in each bedroom and the full bed on the bottom hall bunk....this was ideal for our family of 7 adults. The proximity to the beach was really nice as well and the private beach access was also great. We did not use the pool area much, but it was very nice, as well as the sauna/hot tub. We also took advantage of the small gym on site. We did have a few recommendations for the condo. The baseboards/trim and doors all could use a good coat of paint. The outdoor/balcony furniture could also use some updating. The kitchen although nice, isn't very well stocked (more of just an FYI if you plan to cook in) and it would have been nice to have some multi surface cleaner/glass cleaner to wipe off counter tops and the table top throughout the week. Additionally, we felt it was unreasonable to ask for all sand to be cleaned up from the condo, prior to departing. We brought our own vacuum to make sure pet hair was cleaned up and did the best we could with the sand. The condo was great overall and is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you're traveling with pets.

We are so happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay. 201 is a beautiful condo and Beach Retreat a beautiful property. We would appreciate if you would please give us a call concerning your suggestion for kitchen items. We have had many large families that prefer to cook instead of going to restaurants and have not heard complaints, so we always like to know what we might be missing. (The owners are always quite happy to add anything that is needed.) As far as painting--this happens in late fall/early winter as after many rentals throughout a busy season there is always painting and repairs needed that can not be done when guests are checking out and in. The condo has a vacuum as well as a broom and we only ask that excessive sand is cleaned up because on tile floors the sand becomes quite slippery and we need all of our cleaners right now. Thank you for stay with us and again we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to hearing from you with your suggestions!

Wonderful Condo with a Great View

We loved our experience at the condo! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. I was worried about the view with the condo being across the beach but we had a perfect view of the beach. We did have a minor issue with the dryer and the property manager was quick to get that fixed. Overall this was a great experience!

Loved the property but check in time @4:00 is quite late. I understand the cleaning process but then check out is @9:00 am. That is the earliest check out time I have ever encountered. That is a 7 hour cleaning window. The only other abnormal request I saw was asking that all sand be removed from condo? This is a beach condo. I thought that the cleaning fee would cover removal of sand. We did vaccume the condo even though the vaccume provided was not great. I just thought the request was excessive. The condo was very nice & well stocked.

We loved the condo. The only complaints I have are we actually arrived early, waitied until 4:00 to enter and were not able to get it until 4:15 and we had 5 very impatient children. And I felt the kitchen is not very well stocked. They do not have a crockpot, there were no Tupperware like containers to store leftovers and there were only 2 dishtowels and 1 dish rag. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. I will defiantly consider staying there again. I just know now to bring kitchen supplies with me.

Great pet-friendly condo

We just spent a week in Beach Retreat Unit #201. The online pictures are very accurate, but the condo is even more beautiful in person! We had three couples in our group, so the three king bedrooms with private baths were just perfect. We planned on cooking in a lot during our stay and found the kitchen very nicely equipped. We all agreed that overall this was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. We took our two small dogs with us, and I am extremely grateful that Beach Retreat offers such a beautiful, pet friendly condo. The rules for pets in the condo were clear and concise, and I hope Beach Retreat continues to stay pet friendly. We would love to stay there again!
