Great place with wonderfully responsive and gracious hosts. Generously stocked with paper products, hand soaps, shampoos/conditioners. Very comfortable, good location despite being by a very busy road (and VRBO mapping placed the location further away from the major thoroughfare). Overall, a great place!

Love the location

I have stayed here before with our family. The location and neighborhood is great! It was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and Dewey for restaurants and shops.

Christie was an amazing host, and the home was excellent! The location was perfect for our family, quiet, friendly, and within easy walking distance of a beautiful beach. The surrounding area was great, and we really appreciated that the home was dog-friendly. My little Shih Tzu loved it too!The only thing I would note is that some of our family members have bad dog allergies, so the carpet was a little tough on them. This likely wouldn’t be an issue for most guests, but it’s something to keep in mind if anyone in your group has strong pet allergies, or allergies in general.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, especially for families with kids and pets. Great location, peaceful neighborhood, easy beach access, and a very welcoming stay!

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay during the off season. The property was the perfect layout to accommodate our family with an infant on a nap schedule. Christie was a great communicator. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to quickly get to Dewey, Rehoboth and Lewes.

Very good location, we didn’t mind the walk and a quick car ride to Funland/Boardwalk. Place was kept very clean and they had backpack chairs, boogie boards and other beach gear for us to use! Plenty of space, and lots of amenities, and host responded immediately, very nice family beach trip
