The Eagles Nest is a Studio located in the rear cottage, in the King Williams district, upstairs with granite countertops, wood laminate floors, a computer desk, and a large closet with a dresser inside. There is a queen bed with a smart TV. This cozy studio has all your basic items to feel home away from home. Laundry on site. Bright Sunny Studio is great for traveling, work, or just on vacation. Location, location, location...all our guests love to be able to walk to the Riverwalk, Pearl, Convention Center, hospitals, Tower of America, and be where everything is happening. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel stove and refrigerator. Large fenced backyard with table top firepit and patio furniture.

They booked a studio without informing me that 5 people would be staying there, despite the listing stating that only 2 people are allowed. I am unsure of what they were thinking. They had discussed another unit with me, that was larger, but ultimately booked the studio which I thought their friends canceled. After that, I did not hear from them again. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the door was wide open and left unsecured. Pictures show the unit also with a daybed.
