Central Location

The owner has done renovations to an older property, which is currently for sale. The property was clean, which is important to us. There are many extras and more than your basic needs. The owner was quick to respond to questions.

Great place to stay at

We enjoyed staying at this location so much. The house was clean and very spacious. The pool was very nice and pretty big. The beds were very comfy. The owners were very responsive to all the questions we had. Can't complain we had a great time. If you're looking for a nice rental to stay at. This is a good place with a good price point for all thats included.

Really Charming retro place

reminded us of the little cabins up on lakes in Wisconsin! You will go back in time with this one, all in a good way. Living room is spacious and comfy. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Kitchen, dining room, bathroom and 1 bedroom are all part of a pre-manufactured cabin like many state parks have. Living room, a fantastic screened porch with grill and second bedroom are added on. All in all we loved it

My wife and I bought this cozy cottage as our winter getaway. During our stays as snowbirds - all of our guests have strongly recommended that we rent our place out because it is in a quiet location, and has such a great feel to it, great energy. We are hopeful that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We are located in a quiet area that is close to so many different things, Within walking distance is a Harley Davidson dealership, Morse's Harley Davidson as well as a Houligans Restaurant, and Arby's, a bar Saints and Sinners. Within a mile of a Dollar General and within 5 miles of at least 10 bars that have awesome entertainment. We are located within 15 minutes of the Daytona International Speedway, Tanger Outlets and hte still vibrant Volusia County Mall.

What makes this property unique

We are from small town America and we love it here because we have never been so close so many attractions and great restaurants. We have been here for 6 years and are still discovering great restaurants, bars and different attractions.
