The Ipê House is a two bed, two bath and a loft cabin located in Roscoe, NY in the heart of the Catskills - two hours north of New York City.

We are minutes away from the shops and restaurants in Roscoe, Callicoon and Livingston Manner.

Oozing with serenity, this home is the perfect getaway for families seeking to unplug, spend quality time together and connect with nature.

The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a record player, board games, books, internet and a 100" projector screen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ipê House. It's a stylish, well-appointed cabin in a peaceful wooded setting, conveniently located near both Roscoe and Livingston Manor. We booked it for a fly fishing weekend, and it was the perfect home base. The private lake access was an added bonus, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We'd happily stay here again. Thank you Camilla & Paulo!
