Welcome to our luxurious 7-bedroom Coachella vacation rental, elegantly designed by Designs by Renee. Accommodating up to 18 guests, including 2 en-suite bathrooms, it's only 3 miles from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival – an ideal festival retreat!

The property is well maintained and managed. Everything you need is provided. We have been doing our annual family reunions for 15 years, and this property has made it to the list of well maintained and managed.

This property is as described in the website. We had a family birthday celebration with 7 adults and 7 grandchildren under 10!yrs old. The backyard and pool amenities are terrific and as described on the website. The house was clean, everyone had a comfortable room. The host was responsive to messages, however:1. The gas grill was in dire need of a good cleaning and there were no grilling utensils available. 2. extra paper towels with a large group should be supplied (we had to buy extra) and 3. one of the video games in the garage was inoperable. Sarah (host) sent someone to fix/repair the video game, but he told us it needed to be replaced. This should have all been inspected prior to arrival. This is a Five property if…..these details are improved upon. Thank you.

This rental house was a dream! It felt spacious and welcoming for our group of 4 families, with room to spare. We loved having activities nearby and also having relaxing spots in the house itself. Highly recommend.
