With all the touches of home, this beautifully decorated and nicely updated two bedroom, two bathroom condo on Amelia Island Plantation grounds is the perfect getaway location. This airy and bright first floor condo offers an open floor plan, which is perfect for making memories. With a quaint kitchen to prepare family meals, vaulted ceilings, and spacious bedrooms, this condo is sure to make you feel right at home. Both bedrooms have balcony access, perfect for relaxing! You will be just steps away from the newly renovated Beach Walker community pool, as well as the ocean. You will also have one designated parking spot with additional parking for all guests.
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the resort grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available. This condo is also on the walking path to the convention center.
