Access Coffee Cup Cottage via keyless entry and find yourself in the entryway. Head toward the living room, where you’ll be greeted by coffee-themed décor. Relax into the deep, plush sofa and comfortable chairs by the warmth of the gas fireplace. Sit back and watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 58" Samsung 4K UHD LED LCD TV with ROKU that you can watch in guest mode, accessing your favorite streaming services with you own log-ins – or enjoy host-provided Paramount+. Discover books and games on the bookshelves. You’ll have easy access to the patio and backyard via convenient sliders.

Steps away, prep and cook culinary creations using all the standard appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Small appliances – blender, toaster, crockpot, hand-mixer – make meal prep easier.

On the main level, you’ll find a king bed with sumptuous linens in the large Huckleberry Bedroom, chosen for its soothing blue walls. Bedside tables with lamps and USB charging outlets flank the bed. You’ll have plenty of storage here, with a dresser and closet (with Pack 'n Play inside). Wind down to sleep watching the 40" TCL Class 3-Series Full HD 1080p LED Smart ROKU TV as the dual ceiling fans circulate air. Enjoy the charming bench sitting area, mirror, and art on the walls.

Also on the main level, discover a beautifully dressed queen bed in the Blue Sparrow Bedroom. It’s a room for “reflection” with both mirrored closet doors and mirror over the dresser. You’ll also find bedside tables with lamps and USB charging outlets, a ceiling fan, and a chair. A white-noise machine eases you to sleep.

The Lula Rose Bedroom, in the basement (with egress), offers a queen bed with luxe linens and bedside tables with lamps and USB chargers on either side. A closet and dresser provide storage. You’ll find a delightful corner nook with seating; a nice spot to curl up with book.

Kids and kids at heart will love the Pinwheel Bedroom, also in the basement, with its twin-on-twin bunkbeds (kids 6+ only on top bunk) and plenty of play space. A large cabinet provides storage. And – bonus! – this bedroom is shared with flex space that includes a luxurious, cushy sectional sofa, rocking chair, pouf seating, and a coffee table that’s great for snacks or games; you’ll find both games and books in this space.

Pinwheel inhabitants and others will enjoy watching the 60" Samsung 4K UHD LED LCD TV with ROKU, and the space is also perfect for a family movie night with popcorn. Many parents say they appreciate this downstairs space for the little ones.

For any remote-work needs, access the home office via the Pinwheel Bedroom and find a well-lighted room with desk and office-chair setup with lamp, as well as a comfortable side chair.
