Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience, and we regret that this wasn’t the case for you. We did our best to respond quickly during your stay, from offering to adjust the Google Nest thermostat to your preferences, to assisting with other requests like the fireplace. That said, we recognize technology can be tricky, and we’ll be adding clear instructions for both the thermostat and the gas-start fireplace so future guests have an easier time. The power outage you experienced was part of a neighborhood-wide event utility crews worked across the area to restore service. While it was outside of our control, we understand how disruptive it can feel and we’re glad service was restored quickly. Our team, property manager, and owners worked hard to support you and your requests throughout your stay, and we’re sorry you didn’t feel that effort translated into the experience you were hoping for. We genuinely appreciate your comments and will continue to make improvements for future guests.
