This former horse ranch was home to trick pony trainers until just recently. Come walk the land and take in the sites of this bright and airy mid-century home. We have high speed starlink internet for streaming your favorite shows (most places in the JT have super slow internet). Right at the base of Goat Mountain, come watch the sunrise and forget all that drama. Bring your pet; they deserve a break, too.

Lovely home with helpful hosts. We enjoyed our time at the Easy Does It Ranch, utilizing both the indoor and outdoor amenities. The outdoor fireplace and chairs were a perfect space to gather outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, high quality flatware, and coffee maker/kettle. The design of the space was well executed and comfortable.

Three day weekend in Landers

The property was immaculate, decorated so cutely and very functional. It had everything we needed and a few fun extras. Although it seemed remote, it was only a few minutes from four cool destinations, and not too far to Joshua Tree. Highly recommended!

Perfect desert getaway

I came out here with my dog to escape the fireworks in the city. Perfect spot. Very serene, quite, but close enough to drive into town. Loved the cowboy pool on property! Definitely coming back.

We wanted a clean, quiet, and simple way to get away from noise and distractions so we can enjoy our company and get out of the PacNW winter. And the host was also super responsive with any questions.

40th bday success!

My best friend from high school and I chose the Easy Dose it Ranch to celebrate our 40th birthdays and it could not have been more of a success! The property was 20 minutes from Joshua Tree and easily accessible to Desert Hot Springs which I recommend taking a day trip there.

Peaceful and Just Right

I was searching for a quiet place to rest and recharge in an inspiring environment. The Easy Does It Ranch was the perfect choice. The home is thoughtfully updated and appointed. The host Zeffrey provided concise directions, check-in information, and friendly communication which allowed me to focus on the stay without having any uncertainties.

Peaceful and serene time

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The host is responsive when you need it and the place has everything you will need to enjoy your time. I particularly enjoyed just how peaceful my time was there. A quick note: if you use Apple maps you'll be directed to the wrong corner to enter the ranch (this is common to the area). Luckily, the gate is easy to find by going around that same corner and "Easy Does It Ranch" marked gate will be found.

Quiet and cute

The Home has great updates to help make the stay quiet and convenient. Comfortable beds and bedding for the nights, and so many wonderful windows (so quiet inside!) There are 3 small skylights help the inside be bright and cheery. The property has so many big trees that provide much needed shade and movement from the desert breezes. The paths that lead around them provide for good morning and night star gazing walks. Thr Easy Does It Ranch is fully fenced and my dog and I felt very secure during our stay.

We had a great time at the easy does it ranch and Zefrey was a great host.... Small issue trying to get into the place when we first got there but the host was very prompt to assess and resolve the situation... Super happy with the professionalism... The house was beautiful, well stocked and made me feel like i was at home... I highly recommended this Vrbo and hope to come back and stay there again in the future when we come back for the king of the hammers event... Thanks for a wonderful experience....

We're not slick real estate developers, I used to be a carpenter and I really took my time with this house.

Why they chose this property

All custom mahogany cabinetry in an open kitchen with skylights and a spacious breakfast bar. Two bedrooms with new, comfy memory foam mattresses (one king, one queen) both with black out curtains if you want to sleep in and dream big. Big bathroom with a new tub. We really focused on light, with a tip of the hat to James Turrell.

You have the whole house as well as all 2.5 acres to roam around in. Trees everywhere, bamboo, Joshua Trees... go get lost.
