The space: three bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room and a baby crib. Sleeps 6 comfortably; up to 9 with an extra guest fee. Two full bathrooms, a separate dining room, and a dedicated playroom for children.





Set up for longer stays: a full kitchen, central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fresh linens and towels provided. Pets welcome with a pet fee.





The neighborhood: walk to Roslindale Village for bakeries, cafes, restaurants and local shops. The Arnold Arboretum is an eight-minute walk. Adams Park and its seasonal farmers market are minutes away, with two playgrounds within a block, and Village Market and CVS within a ten-minute walk.





Getting around: buses 36, 37 and 51 connect to Forest Hills Station on the Orange Line. Roughly 20 minutes by car to Harvard, Cambridge and the North End, and 20 to 25 minutes to MIT, downtown Boston, Brookline and TD Garden.

Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect place for families, couples, professionals, and groups of up to 2 people.
The living room is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy time with family or friends after a day out exploring the city. We have a flat-screen TV with full cable, Netflix, YouTube, and more!
Our kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, tea kettle, french press, and coffee maker. There are also pots, pans, and all the amenities needed to cook.
We also have a washer and dryer located in the kitchen that is available for your use. We provide laundry detergent as well.
Coffee, sugar, and an array of delicious teas are also provided.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. Linens and 6 towels and 6 facecloths are provided.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so no need to bring your own!
We also have a front deck that has a small patio set during the spring and summer months.
During the hot summer months, the bedrooms and living room have air conditioners to keep you cool. The winter months have heat that is controlled by the guests with a thermostat in the apartment.

Here are some details for travel people. Metro line which is local Boston is little far walking. But is on bus line, Bus no 38(center st @ Hewlett street one min walk),51(Walter st @ Hewlett st 1.5 min walk ), 34, 34 E can get you there in 15 Minutes. Now comes an important info. There is commuter line 5-minute walk from house, which gets you in forest hills in 3 minutes. Only catch is commuter rail has schedule starting 6:30 am - 10 PM every 2 hours train runs. Those who can follow schedule it is the most wonderful way to get to Boston or anywhere, back bay 7 minutes which is hub, you can get orange red and green line connections. If you want to go to logan stop at south station which connects all lines and silver line straight to Logan airport. There is also Peter pan Bus from Copley (7 min on commuter rail from house) which is express service straight to Logan.

** Travelers to Boston University – Take commuter rail, get off at Copley square walk 3 minutes to green line – 10 minutes you are in Kenmore
