We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was a girls week in Boston with 5 friends. Everything was great- plenty of space, very clean and nice location. Susan, was a great communicator! She always responded quickly to our messages. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to this area.

Home was super clean and in a lovely neighborhood. We really enjoyed relaxing on the backyard patio after some long days helping our college student move in and out of apartments. The area is quiet and peaceful and has wonderful restaurants and a great grocery store nearby. Highly recommend!

Amazing home in a fantastic location. We had lots of room ( family of four with two teenage boys). The place was clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms was amazing. The four season porch was perfect for relaxing. The washer and dryer were easy to use. If we make it back to Boston, we will definitely try to get this lovely place in West Roxy. Susan was great to work and communicates quickly.

Communication was excellent. Kitchen completely equipped, especially coffee station. Only complaint was it was completely dark when arriving late at night. It has a motion light, but not helpful when you show up for the first time at night and you’re not familiar with the layout of the house and entrances. Otherwise great experience.

The host was very helpful when we had some concerns about things like towels, which she quickly took care of! We had trouble setting up the portable crib (it’s Babytrend brand, which we were unfamiliar with) and our 1 year old was not comfortable in it. But despite him our kids sleeping in the railroad bedroom, we managed not to wake them when we walked through it to leave the master bedroom. Great location, upstairs air conditioning was lovely, coffee machine worked great, good water pressure in the showers, and the door locks were very easy to use and understand. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TVs to work.

I highly recommend this property. The house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to the T station, and local grocery stores. The host was very easy to reach and provided clear guidance on how to enter the home. We would love to visit Boston again!

Wonderful Property for a Boston weekday baseball visit, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of being in the city. Great value and way better than being in a hotel room. Neighborhood vibe is great. Beautiful parks nearby as well. We Uber’d everywhere and was easy. Boston does have traffic tho we walked out to dinner several nights with less than a mile walk to great neighborhood spots. Very safe and very friendly neighborhood walks.

Very large bedrooms for an older home! Kitchen /dining / living room plus office made a spacious first floor. A great bonus was screened porch- we loved watching the bunnies in backyard. A beautiful and shaded patio looked inviting- though we were too busy to use it. Window air unit in living room( and all bedrooms) kept it cool in spite of record temps- we hosted 5 family members (10 total) for a World Cup match and they all fit on chairs and sectional- our sons had rented another unit in which living room had been made into bedroom so they had no spot for gathering; this home only sleeps 6 but lives larger! The Vrbo house was well stocked with anything that we may need including if we were cooking. The linens smelled wonderful I’m not sure what’s being used to wash the laundry but keep using it. I enjoyed my stay and the will be looking for this rental for future stays. The host was very responsive and helpful!

We were very pleased with the location and house, super clean, cute, and room to spread out! Overall A. About the only comment is for guests to realize the main bathroom has to go through one of the secondary bedrooms to reach the hallway and upstairs bathroom (and stairs). It was not a deal-breaker for us but just wanted to point that out if it matters to others.
