Reviewing now for a stay back in August. The apartment is just as described and pictured in the listing. All on the second floor, up a flight of steps, but no steps once you are inside. Everything was clean and functional. It's an older building that has been nicely renovated over time. There is a nice living room, and a central room with kitchen on one side and dining area on opposite corner. It's an efficient set up that makes good use of the space. The bedrooms are a bit small for queen beds, with limited or no space between the side of the bed and the walls (see the photos), but it would be fine for kids and was OK for adults. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom is a bit snug too, so smallish sink, but it has a nice shower, and good hot water. It is about two blocks from the "Winooski Circle", and we enjoyed walking over there to the coffee shop on the corner. It is just a short drive to UVM, and good location overall.

Great home; perfect for our needs

Great location, great unit and really comfortable beds! My only issue was that the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the guests before us. We will keep this property in mind and hopefully stay again when we are in the area.
